【摘要】：目的：觀察理氣健脾湯治療功能性便秘肝郁脾虛證候的臨床治療效果方法：將38例來自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)肝脾胃科門診的功能性便秘肝郁脾虛證的患者納入本試驗(yàn)中,收錄時(shí)間段為2015.04—2015.12。采用謝晶日教授自擬的理氣健脾湯方對(duì)所有患者進(jìn)行治療前后的療效對(duì)比觀察。本試驗(yàn)以2周為1個(gè)療程,治療4周后結(jié)束。若服用理氣健脾湯未滿4周便秘主癥及中醫(yī)次要癥狀消失即可判定為病情痊愈,不再繼續(xù)服用。試驗(yàn)期間將在治療0周、治療4周時(shí)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行便秘主要癥狀、次要癥狀以及精神心理狀況的打分評(píng)定,以觀察患者便秘的改善情況。所有數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS20.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：38名患者中,3例患者脫落。其余35名受試者完成本試驗(yàn),其中臨床治愈14人,顯效12人,有效7人,無效2人,總有效率為94.3%。35名患者在治療前、治療后的中醫(yī)癥狀總積分、主次要癥狀積分、以及各癥狀積分方面對(duì)照均有顯著差異,P0.01。處于焦慮及抑郁狀態(tài)的患者治療結(jié)束時(shí)的SAS、SDS評(píng)分較治療初始明顯降低。后續(xù)隨訪患者中有4人復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率為12.1%。結(jié)論：理氣健脾湯對(duì)于功能性便秘肝郁脾虛證候有著顯著療效,很大程度地改善了便秘的癥狀。遠(yuǎn)期療效較好,值得臨床借鑒和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Liqi Jianpi decoction in treating functional constipation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: 38 patients with functional constipation and liver-stagnation spleen deficiency syndrome from the outpatient clinic of liver, spleen and stomach of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were included in this experiment. The time period included was 2015.04-2015.The therapeutic effect of Professor Xie Jingri's prescription of Liqi Jianpi decoction before and after treatment was compared and observed. Two weeks was used as a course of treatment in this experiment. The treatment ends after 4 weeks. If the main symptoms of constipation and the secondary symptoms of TCM disappear within 4 weeks of taking Liqi Jianpi decoction, it can be determined that the patient is cured and will not continue to take it. During the trial period, it will be treated for 0 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment, the patients were evaluated for the main symptoms, secondary symptoms and mental and psychological status of constipation. In order to observe the improvement of constipation, all the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0. Results 3 of 38 patients fell off. The remaining 35 subjects completed the experiment, of which 14 were clinically cured, 12 were effective, and 7 were effective. The total effective rate was 94.3%. The total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment was 94.3%. There were significant differences in the scores of symptoms and symptoms between the two groups (P0.01). The SASU SDS scores at the end of treatment in patients with anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those at the beginning of treatment. In the follow-up follow-up, 4 patients recurred. The recurrence rate is 12.1.Conclusion: Liqi Jianpi decoction has remarkable curative effect on functional constipation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, and improves the symptoms of constipation to a great extent.
