【摘要】：中西醫(yī)內(nèi)臟目視所指相同或相近,但概念卻有根本差異,中醫(yī)五臟概念是困擾業(yè)界一個(gè)世紀(jì)的難解謎團(tuán)。故重點(diǎn)剖析五臟概念形成的過(guò)程、方法和概念內(nèi)涵,提出古人對(duì)五臟的認(rèn)識(shí),即從臟之形器入手,取其物象而比類(lèi),由意象而法象,是一個(gè)特有的功能概念,并進(jìn)入精氣-陰陽(yáng)-五行推理模式,形成五臟理論。因其由器而名,行氣化之實(shí),而其實(shí)又寄之于器,故五臟可稱氣化之器。此外,還對(duì)氣化之器的名實(shí)作了深度理論解析和臨證實(shí)用之探討,指出"氣化之器"重在氣化,而"器"之意則使功能穩(wěn)定化、結(jié)構(gòu)化,因而五臟是一種結(jié)構(gòu)性功能概念,其實(shí)質(zhì)屬于系統(tǒng)概念,并成為中醫(yī)系統(tǒng)生命觀的核心。至于應(yīng)用既可引導(dǎo)我們運(yùn)用"以象"法則熟練、準(zhǔn)確地辨識(shí)五臟的病機(jī)、病證,提高診治水平,又有助于深入把握生命的氣化法則,升華業(yè)界的醫(yī)學(xué)境界。
[Abstract]:The visceral and visceral vision of Chinese and Western medicine refers to the same or similar, but there are fundamental differences in the concept. The concept of the five Zang organs in TCM is a puzzling puzzle that puzzles the industry for a century. Therefore, the process, method and connotation of the formation of the concept of the five Zang organs are emphatically analyzed. It is put forward that the ancients' understanding of the five Zang organs, that is, starting from the visceral organs, comparing their images to the categories, and using images as the legal images, is a special functional concept, and enters the reasoning mode of essence, yin, yang and five elements, forming the theory of the five zangs, which is named for its organs. The reality of gasification is actually sent to the vessel, so the five viscera can be called the gasifier. In addition, the paper also makes a deep theoretical analysis of the name of the gasifier and discusses the practical application of clinical verification, and points out that the "gasification apparatus" focuses on gasification. The meaning of "organ" makes the function stable and structured, so that the five viscera is a kind of structural function concept, and its essence belongs to the concept of system. And become the core of the view of life of traditional Chinese medicine system. As for application, it can not only guide us to use the "elephant" rule skillfully, accurately identify the pathogenesis and syndrome of the five internal organs, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, but also help us to grasp the principle of gasification of life in depth. Sublimate the medical realm of the industry.
