【摘要】：阿爾茨海默病(AD)屬于中醫(yī)老年呆病范疇,該病的西醫(yī)學發(fā)病機制仍在探索中,尚無有效的治療藥物。中醫(yī)認為年老,氣血陰陽虧虛、臟腑功能減退是AD發(fā)病的根本原因,該病基本病機為腎虛髓空、痰瘀阻滯腦竅,臨床所見證型以腎精虧虛證兼夾痰濁阻竅、瘀血阻絡證為主,但具體證型隨患者的年齡、體質(zhì)等因素又各有差異,因此現(xiàn)有的辨證分型標準不能全部概括臨床所見患者的證型。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease (AD) belongs to the category of senile dumbness in traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of AD in western medicine is still being explored, and there is no effective treatment drug. Chinese medicine thinks that the basic cause of AD is old age, deficiency of qi, blood, yin and yang, and deficiency of viscera function. The basic pathogenesis of the disease is empty of kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis blocking brain orifices. The clinical evidence type is kidney essence deficiency syndrome and phlegm turbid obstruction syndrome, and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome, but the specific syndrome types are different with the patient's age, constitution and other factors. Therefore, the existing syndrome differentiation criteria can not all summarize the clinical symptoms and types of patients.
