【摘要】：心臟自主神經(jīng)重構(gòu)(CANR)在多種心血管疾病中占有重要地位,但由于其病理生理的復(fù)雜性,目前未有理想的治療措施。中醫(yī)學營衛(wèi)理論強調(diào)人體的整體性、聯(lián)系性和動態(tài)性,可用于解釋CANR的病理生理并指導(dǎo)其治療。根據(jù)《難經(jīng)·十四難》所言"損其心者,調(diào)其營衛(wèi)"的治療原則,文章從CANR的病理復(fù)雜性、心臟自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)與營衛(wèi)理論相關(guān)性、桂枝湯治療CANR的實驗和臨床研究結(jié)果加以論述,首次提出并探索調(diào)和營衛(wèi)法對CANR的治療作用。調(diào)和營衛(wèi)治療CANR符合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學發(fā)展的趨勢,即重視調(diào)動機體自身的修復(fù)和適應(yīng)能力,恢復(fù)機體穩(wěn)態(tài)平衡。
[Abstract]:Cardiac autonomic nerve remodeling (CANR) plays an important role in a variety of cardiovascular diseases, but because of its complexity of pathophysiology, there is no ideal treatment at present. It can be used to explain the pathophysiology of CANR and to guide its treatment. According to the therapeutic principle of "damaging the heart and regulating the health of the heart", the article analyzes the pathological complexity of CANR, the correlation between the cardiac autonomic nervous system and the theory of Yingwei. The experimental and clinical results of Guizhi decoction in the treatment of CANR were discussed, and the therapeutic effect of blending Yingwei method on CANR was put forward and explored for the first time. The therapeutic effect of Guizhi decoction on CANR was in line with the development trend of modern medicine. That is, pay attention to the mobilization of the body's own repair and adaptive ability, restore the steady balance of the body.
