【摘要】：目的觀察內(nèi)服中藥湯劑聯(lián)合六神丸外敷治療耳廓假性囊腫療效。方法 80例耳廓假性囊腫患者隨機(jī)分成2組,觀察組40例采用中藥湯劑+六神丸外敷治療,對照組40例采用石膏加壓固定法治療,觀察3個(gè)療程(21 d),隨訪6個(gè)月,比較兩組療效。結(jié)果治療2周后觀察組顯效35例、好轉(zhuǎn)3例、無效2例,顯效率87.5%,非顯效5例治療3周后無變化。對照組治療2周后顯效20例、好轉(zhuǎn)14例、無效6例,4例好轉(zhuǎn)病例3周后顯效,其余無變化,顯效率60%。2組顯效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。2組患者均隨訪6個(gè)月,觀察組復(fù)發(fā)率0,對照組出現(xiàn)5例復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率12.5%,2組復(fù)發(fā)率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論服中藥湯劑聯(lián)合六神丸外敷治療耳廓假性囊腫療效可靠,可操作性強(qiáng),易于為患者接受,易于基層推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Liushen pills in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods 80 patients with pseudocyst of auricle were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with gypsum compression fixation, followed up for 6 months for 3 courses of treatment. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, 35 cases in the observation group showed remarkable effect, 3 cases improved, and 2 cases failed. The effective rate was 87.5%, 5 cases had no change after 3 weeks of treatment. In the control group, 20 cases showed marked effect after 2 weeks of treatment, 14 cases improved, 6 cases failed to improve in 4 cases after 3 weeks, and the rest showed no change. The effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.01). All the patients in the observation group were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0, and the recurrence rate in the control group was 5 cases. There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle by taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Liushen pills is reliable, operable, easy to accept by patients and easy to be popularized and applied at the grass-roots level.
