【摘要】：目的:觀察養(yǎng)精滋血方聯(lián)合補(bǔ)佳樂治療肝腎不足型月經(jīng)過少的臨床療效。方法:選取就診于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院婦科門診肝腎不足型月經(jīng)過少患者60例,治療組與對(duì)照組各30例。治療組自月經(jīng)第5天開始服用補(bǔ)佳樂1mg,po,qd,自月經(jīng)第7天服用養(yǎng)精滋血湯;對(duì)照組單純給予補(bǔ)佳樂治療。連續(xù)治療三個(gè)月經(jīng)周期后,觀察其臨床療效,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:(1)治療組疾病療效總有效率80%,對(duì)照組疾病療效總有效率為56.7%,差異有顯著性(P0.05);(2)治療組患者月經(jīng)量少、腰膝酸軟、頭暈?zāi)垦５热?xiàng)主癥評(píng)分治療后與對(duì)照組比較,差異有顯著性(P0.05);(3)治療組患者中醫(yī)證候總評(píng)分治療后與對(duì)照組比較,差異有顯著性(P0.05);(4)治療組患者中醫(yī)癥候總有效率為80.0%,對(duì)照組患者疾病療效總有效率為60%,差異有顯著性(P0.05);(5)治療組患者治療后子宮內(nèi)膜厚度與對(duì)照組比較,差異有顯著性(PO.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝腎不足型月經(jīng)過少,能有效的改善中醫(yī)癥候、臨床癥狀及體征,養(yǎng)精滋血湯聯(lián)合補(bǔ)佳樂作為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療月經(jīng)過少的一項(xiàng)臨床思路,值得推廣及進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yangjing Zixue recipe combined with Bujialao in the treatment of insufficient menstruation of liver and kidney. Methods: 60 cases of patients with insufficient menstruation of liver and kidney in gynecological outpatient department of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group began to take Bujialao 1 mg poqdfrom the 5th day of menstruation, and the control group took Yangjing Zixue decoction on the 7th day of menstruation, while the control group was treated only with Bujialue. After three consecutive menstrual cycles, the clinical effect was observed. Results the total effective rate of disease in the treatment group was 80 and that in the control group was 56.7.The difference was significant (P 0.05). After treatment, there was a significant difference between the three main symptoms of dizziness and the control group (P 0.05)) after treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group. The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 80.0, and the total effective rate in the control group was 60. There was a significant difference in the endometrial thickness between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms, clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. The combination of Yangjing Zixue decoction and Bujialue decoction is a clinical idea for the treatment of menorrhagia with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms, clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. It is worth popularizing and further studying.
