論道家對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響

【摘要】:目的:《脾胃論》是李東垣補(bǔ)土流派的代表之作,是自漢代張仲景中醫(yī)學(xué)又一個(gè)飛躍性的發(fā)展,《脾胃論》在整個(gè)中醫(yī)的傳承過程中扮演著重要的角色。在中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中,道家對(duì)中醫(yī)有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因此從道家入手,將道家對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想相關(guān)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整理總結(jié),有助于東垣學(xué)術(shù)理論思想在臨床的推廣運(yùn)用,也有利于中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)流派的傳承和創(chuàng)新。方法:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究方法:是根據(jù)討論道家文化對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響,通過校圖書館,以及知網(wǎng)、萬方等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等來獲得資料,從而全面地、正確地了解掌握道家文化對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響的一種方法。結(jié)果:一、道家形成于先秦時(shí)期,春秋末期的老子為道家創(chuàng)始人,以老子與莊子為代表,道家揭示事物產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、消亡的自然規(guī)律,其思想存在于一切事物之中。道家思想主要內(nèi)容可概括為:重坤柔;"虛無"、"寂靜"、"無為";天地同體、自然合一;順從自然,持守天真。主要論述道家思想中"守一"、"無為"兩方面內(nèi)容。二、《脾胃論》是李東垣晚年之作,也是集中反映他學(xué)術(shù)理論的代表著作,其學(xué)術(shù)思想肇始于《內(nèi)經(jīng)》,萌芽于古代哲學(xué),其主要學(xué)術(shù)思想:脾胃是氣機(jī)升降之樞,脾胃是氣血生化之源、甘溫除熱治則的提出及脾胃中心的臟腑辨證四方面內(nèi)容。三、哲學(xué)是文化的核心,在文化整體中起著主導(dǎo)作用。根植于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化土壤中的中醫(yī)藥學(xué)也深深烙著傳統(tǒng)哲學(xué)的印記,道家哲學(xué)對(duì)中醫(yī)學(xué)有著不可替代的影響!秲(nèi)經(jīng)》作為中醫(yī)理論的奠基之作,道家的辯證思想、"守一"思想及"無為"思想對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》影響深刻,而《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想肇始于《內(nèi)經(jīng)》,對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中關(guān)于脾胃相關(guān)內(nèi)容的傳承和發(fā)揮,由此可以得出道家思想與《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想存在內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。因此,我們可以從道家思想對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響,來更深一步了解東垣學(xué)說。四、道家對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響:《脾胃論》在辨證論治過程中,始終以脾胃為中心,論治五臟病、九竅病、自汗、痿證、厥證、飲證、酒毒等,是對(duì)道家"守一"思想的體現(xiàn);疾病本身有著自身發(fā)展的規(guī)律,無論是失治、誤治后,還是變證,都會(huì)有自身的規(guī)律可循,知曉不同發(fā)病的規(guī)律,依靠不同的規(guī)律給予不同的治療,此乃符合"無為"順其"道"的規(guī)律;適量用藥是治療的關(guān)鍵,也可防止變證的產(chǎn)生和適度用藥,治療時(shí),大于、小于度均會(huì)病不除,還可產(chǎn)生變證,與"無為"不妄為,不做過多的干涉相吻合;《脾胃論》在《素問·上古天真論》中"法于陰陽,和于術(shù)數(shù),食飲有節(jié),起居有常,不妄作勞,故能形與神俱,而盡終其天年,度百歲乃去"的理論基礎(chǔ)上,強(qiáng)調(diào)養(yǎng)生應(yīng)從護(hù)理脾胃當(dāng)從飲食、起居、情志等處著手;其中強(qiáng)調(diào)護(hù)理脾胃的原則與道家"守一"思想暗合,而具體飲食、起居、情志等具體措施的實(shí)施是在"無為"不妄為,不做過多的干涉,順其"道"的規(guī)律基礎(chǔ)上,做到避免外在不利因素的干擾,清心養(yǎng)性,飲食調(diào)理,順應(yīng)大自然的規(guī)律,才能做到天人合一。結(jié)論:通過整理掌握道家對(duì)《脾胃論》學(xué)術(shù)思想的影響,可以從道家的角度來解讀《脾胃論》,做到返樸歸真,一方面可以加深對(duì)中醫(yī)的認(rèn)知,另一方面可以提高對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的興趣,有利于提高中醫(yī)辨證水平和治療效果。
