【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)軟件,分析和總結(jié)中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫及維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)中中醫(yī)藥治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)方劑的組方用藥規(guī)律,為臨床治療COPD提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集中醫(yī)藥治療COPD的文獻(xiàn),篩選出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的方劑并建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,應(yīng)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)(V2.5)軟件中集成的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,分析方劑中中藥用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果分析篩選出的主治COPD的方劑337首,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的方劑進(jìn)行分析,共涉及中藥255味,確定了方中藥物使用的頻次,得出使用頻次較高的藥物,得到治療COPD常用藥物組合23個(gè),常用藥物規(guī)則11組,挖掘出15個(gè)新處方。結(jié)論通過中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)可對(duì)COPD方劑數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,明確近年來治療COPD的用藥規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and summarize the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheritance support platform, and to analyze and summarize the prescription of CNKII, Wanfang Database and Weipu Database (VIPs) in Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). To provide reference for clinical treatment of COPD. Methods to collect the literature of TCM treatment of COPD, to screen out the prescriptions that accord with the standard, to establish the database, and to apply the integrated data mining method in the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system (V2.5). Results 337 prescriptions selected for COPD were analyzed, and 255 kinds of herbs were involved in the database. The frequency of drug use in the prescription was determined, and the drugs with high frequency were obtained. There were 23 combinations of commonly used drugs for treatment of COPD, 11 groups of common drug rules, and 15 new prescriptions were excavated. Conclusion the data of COPD prescriptions can be analyzed by means of traditional Chinese medicine inheriting auxiliary platform, and the law of drug use in recent years for treatment of COPD can be clarified.
