【摘要】：SAPHO綜合征是一種主要累及骨、關(guān)節(jié)及皮膚的慢性炎癥性疾病,臨床較罕見。西醫(yī)認(rèn)為本病的發(fā)生可能與感染、遺傳以及免疫等多種因素相關(guān),中醫(yī)對(duì)本病病機(jī)尚未形成統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)。報(bào)道中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療SAPHO綜合征2例,并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)對(duì)本病的臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)檢查、西醫(yī)發(fā)病機(jī)制及中醫(yī)病因病機(jī)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療等進(jìn)行分析討論,認(rèn)為本病具有病程長、反復(fù)發(fā)作等特點(diǎn),可嘗試中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療。
[Abstract]:SAPHO syndrome is a chronic inflammatory disease mainly involving bone, joint and skin, which is rare in clinic. Western medicine thinks that this disease may be related to infection, heredity and immunity. TCM has not yet formed a unified understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease. This paper reports two cases of SAPHO syndrome treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and combined with the literature on the clinical manifestations, imaging examination, pathogenesis of Western medicine, etiology and pathogenesis of TCM. The author thinks that the disease has the characteristics of long course and repeated attacks, so it can be tried to treat with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
