【摘要】：正患者,男,45歲。初診日期:2015年1月10日。主訴:惡心、嘔吐、腹脹、排便困難3日余。病史:2014年6月因腹痛、腹脹于濟南某醫(yī)院檢查,診斷為小腸癌,予手術(shù)、化療等治療,效不佳�？滔掳Y:惡心、嘔吐,伴腹脹,排便困難,面色萎黃,消瘦,乏力,口干、口臭,納眠差,小便黃,舌赤紅、有瘀點、根部苔白膩,脈弦細。體征:腹部凹陷,見腸型及腸蠕動波,可觸及腸管,叩診呈濁音,聽診腸蠕動音亢進。輔助
