【摘要】：目的:研究導(dǎo)師經(jīng)驗方荊桑止咳合劑治療兒童感染后咳嗽風(fēng)燥傷肺證的臨床療效,并進(jìn)行臨床療效評價和安全性評價,為治療兒童感染后咳嗽提供新思路新方法,更好地發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥學(xué)在兒科臨床中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢。方法:采取隨機(jī)、對照的研究方法。選取符合兒童感染后咳嗽風(fēng)燥傷肺證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)患兒100例,隨機(jī)分成2組,分別為治療組、對照組。對照組給予清燥潤肺合劑口服治療,治療組予以荊桑止咳合劑治療,治療7天后進(jìn)行療效評價。采取對兩組患兒治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分、主癥積分、次癥積分的變化,運(yùn)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)果分析。結(jié)果:治療組臨床治愈9例,顯效22例,有效16例,無效3例,總有效率94.00%;對照組臨床治愈4例,顯效16例,有效24例,無效5例,總有效率89.80%;說明治療兒童感染后咳嗽風(fēng)燥傷肺證,荊桑止咳合劑總療效優(yōu)于對照組清燥潤肺合劑,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:通過對荊桑止咳合劑的臨床研究,結(jié)果表明,該方是治療兒童感染后咳嗽風(fēng)燥傷肺證的有效方劑,研究過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),臨床應(yīng)用安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Fang Jing Sang Zhike mixture (FJZM), a tutor's experience, in treating children with cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety, so as to provide a new method for the treatment of children's cough after infection. Methods: a randomized, controlled study was carried out to select 100 children who met the diagnostic criteria of cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Qingzao Runfei mixture orally, the treatment group was treated with Jingsang Zhike mixture, and the curative effect was evaluated after 7 days of treatment. Results: in the treatment group, 9 cases were clinically cured, 22 cases were effective, 16 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.000.In the control group, 4 cases were clinically cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 89.80. The total curative effect of Jingsang Zhike mixture was better than that of the control group in treating cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: through the clinical study of Jingsang Zhike mixture, The results showed that the prescription was an effective prescription for the treatment of children with cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, no adverse reactions were found in the course of the study, and the clinical application was safe.
