【摘要】：目的:觀察止痛散外敷結(jié)合TDP治療儀治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。材料與方法:將按照病例選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集的82例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,在證實(shí)兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程上差異無(wú)顯著性,具有可比性之后,開始進(jìn)行治療。兩組患者均予以相同的基礎(chǔ)治療措施,在此基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)驗(yàn)組41例予以止痛散外敷結(jié)合TDP治療儀治療,對(duì)照組41例予以TDP治療儀+安慰劑治療,治療頻次為2次/天,治療時(shí)間為21天,通過(guò)治療結(jié)束時(shí)和治療后對(duì)患者進(jìn)行不同時(shí)期的隨訪,比較膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎癥狀分級(jí)量化積分和WOMAC評(píng)分的差異情況,從而對(duì)治療效果予以評(píng)定。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療結(jié)束時(shí)的膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎癥狀分級(jí)量化積分和WOMAC評(píng)分分別與治療前相比均有明顯降低,表明兩組患者癥狀較治療前均有緩解,組間相比實(shí)驗(yàn)組觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組,表明實(shí)驗(yàn)組的療效更為顯著,且兩組療效的差異經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。末次隨訪兩項(xiàng)觀察指標(biāo),實(shí)驗(yàn)組與治療前相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),對(duì)照組與治療前相比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:止痛散外敷結(jié)合TDP治療儀治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎能有效改善膝部疼痛、腫脹、僵硬等癥狀,在治療后患者的生活質(zhì)量有著明顯的提高,并且本治療方法沒有明顯的副作用,安全性可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)便,不增加患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),易于被患者接受,是一種行之有效的治療方法,值得臨床應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhitong Powder combined with TDP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Materials and methods: 82 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the criteria of case selection. After confirming that there was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups, the two groups began to be treated. The experimental group (41 cases) were treated with the external application of Zhitong San combined with the TDP therapeutic apparatus, while the control group (41 cases) were treated with TDP placebo. The frequency of treatment was 2 times a day, and the time of treatment was 21 days. The patients were followed-up at the end of treatment and after treatment to compare the difference of score and WOMAC score of knee osteoarthritis symptoms. Results: at the end of treatment, the scores of knee osteoarthritis symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, indicating that the symptoms of the two groups were relieved. Compared with the control group, the observation index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, which indicated that the curative effect of the experimental group was more significant, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before treatment. Conclusion: the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with external application of Zhitong Powder combined with TDP can effectively improve the symptoms of knee pain, swelling, stiffness and so on. After the treatment, the quality of life of the patients has been significantly improved, and this treatment method has no obvious side effects, is safe and reliable, easy to operate, does not increase the economic burden of patients, and is easy to be accepted by patients. It is an effective treatment method, and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
