【摘要】：目的:觀察啄治法聯(lián)合加減會(huì)厭逐瘀沖劑治療痰瘀互結(jié)型慢乳蛾的臨床療效。方法:選自2015年3月至2016年3月期間到黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門(mén)診就診的辨證符合痰瘀互結(jié)型慢乳蛾的64例患者作為觀察對(duì)象,并將其隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,兩組分別32例患者。治療組采取啄治法治療并服加減會(huì)厭逐瘀沖劑,三天行一次啄治法,每日一付沖劑,分早晚兩次飯后溫開(kāi)水沖服;對(duì)照組服用加減會(huì)厭逐瘀沖劑,服藥方法相同于治療組。在療前、治療第7天、治療第14天,分別記錄評(píng)分,觀察近期療效。結(jié)果:治療14天后,治療組臨床治愈的8例,顯效的13例,有效的9例,無(wú)效2例,總有效率93.75%。對(duì)照組痊愈的患者2例,顯效的14例,有效的8例,無(wú)效的8例,總有效率75%。兩組經(jīng)Ridit檢驗(yàn)后,p0.05,具有顯著性差異,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組愈顯率和總有效率之比明顯高于對(duì)照組,說(shuō)明治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,并可知兩組的治療時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短,與治療效果呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:啄治法聯(lián)合加減會(huì)厭逐瘀沖劑在治療痰瘀互結(jié)型慢乳蛾有效,比單獨(dú)服用中藥沖劑治療效果更顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of pecking method combined with the addition and subtraction of epiglottis Zhuyu granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type slow mammoid moth. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, we went to the department of otolaryngology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. A total of 64 patients with sputum and blood stasis syndrome syndromes were selected as observation objects. It was randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 patients in the two groups. The treatment group was treated with pecking method and adding and subtracting epiglottis and removing blood stasis granule, once a day for three days, a daily dose of granule, divided into morning and evening, two times after the meal warm boiled water to take; In the control group, the treatment was the same as that in the treatment group. Before treatment, on the 7th day and on the 14th day, the scores were recorded, and the short-term curative effects were observed. Results: after 14 days of treatment, 8 cases were clinically cured in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 93.755.The total effective rate was 93.755.There were 2 cases of cure, 14 cases of remarkable effect, 8 cases of effective and 8 cases of failure in the control group. Conclusion: the combination of pecking and subtraction of epiglottis Zhuyu granule is effective in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis, and is more effective than taking traditional Chinese medicine granule alone.
