【摘要】：目的：觀察新加艾附暖宮湯治療虛寒型原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的臨床療效,評(píng)價(jià)新加艾附暖宮湯的安全性和有效性,更好地指導(dǎo)臨床,提高原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的臨床治愈率。方法：選取2014年8月至2015年12月就診于成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院中醫(yī)婦科吳克明導(dǎo)師門診、符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的33例虛寒型原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)患者作為研究對(duì)象,簽署知情同意書。經(jīng)前經(jīng)期注意保暖,在下次月經(jīng)來潮前7天,開始予新加艾附暖宮湯口服,2日1劑,分3次服,每次150ml,溫服,飯前服用,服至月經(jīng)干凈,為1個(gè)療程,共使用3個(gè)療程。連續(xù)觀察停藥后的3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期,進(jìn)行隨訪,詢問患者各項(xiàng)癥狀有無改善,填寫臨床觀察表,分別對(duì)治療前和治療后第一、二、三個(gè)月經(jīng)周期進(jìn)行痛經(jīng)癥狀評(píng)分、中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分、VAS評(píng)分,并進(jìn)行積分匯總,觀察患者痛經(jīng)癥狀是否有所改善,有無出現(xiàn)藥物使用不良反應(yīng)等。采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,觀察患者治療前后痛經(jīng)癥狀積分變化、中醫(yī)證候積分、VAS評(píng)分變化,以評(píng)價(jià)新加艾附暖宮湯對(duì)于虛寒型原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的治療效果。結(jié)果：①痛經(jīng)癥狀療效比較：痊愈12例,顯效16例,有效4例,無效1例,總有效率達(dá)到96.96%,治療前后痛經(jīng)癥狀積分明顯下降(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。②中醫(yī)證候療效比較：臨床痊愈6例,顯效7例,有效19例,無效1例,總有效率達(dá)到96.96%,治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分明顯下降(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。③VAS評(píng)分療效比較：臨床痊愈12例,顯效6例,有效13例,無效2例,總有效率達(dá)到93.9%,治療前后VAS評(píng)分明顯下降(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。④治療過程中未出現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：新加艾附暖宮湯對(duì)于虛寒型原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)有顯著療效,能明顯降低痛經(jīng)癥狀積分、中醫(yī)證候積分、VAS評(píng)分。新加艾附暖宮湯是治療虛寒型原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)安全有效的方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xin Ai Fu Nao Gong Tang on primary dysmenorrhea of asthenia and cold type, to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Xin Ai Fu Nao Gong Tang, and to guide the clinical practice better. To improve the clinical cure rate of primary dysmenorrhea methods: from August 2014 to December 2015, we selected Wu Keming, a tutor of gynecology and gynecology of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine, to visit the clinic. Thirty-three patients with primary dysmenorrhea of asthenia and cold type who met the inclusion criteria were selected as study subjects, and signed informed consent letters. Pay attention to keep warm during the menstrual period, and begin to take New Ai Fu Nuo Gong Tang orally 7 days before the next menstrual cycle. On 2nd, 1 dose was taken in 3 doses. Each time 150ml, warm clothes, take before meals, take until menstruation is clean, for a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment. Observe the three menstrual cycles after withdrawal, follow up, ask patients whether symptoms have improved, fill out clinical observation form, Before and after treatment, dysmenorrhea symptom score, TCM syndrome score and VAS score were carried out before and after treatment respectively, and the scores were summarized to observe whether the symptoms of dysmenorrhea had been improved. Statistical software was used to analyze the symptoms of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment. In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xin Ai Fu Nao Gong Tang on primary dysmenorrhea of asthenia and cold type, 12 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.96. The score of dysmenorrhea symptom decreased significantly before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant. 2 the curative effect of TCM syndrome was compared: 6 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.96. The score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant .3VAS score: 12 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93. 9. The VAS score decreased significantly before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. 4. There was no adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion: Xiefunanggong decoction has a significant effect on primary dysmenorrhea of asthenia and cold type. It can obviously reduce the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms and the VAS score of TCM syndromes. New and Fufu warm Palace decoction is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of asthenia and cold type.
