【摘要】：目的:便秘是中風后遺癥期并行的癥狀之一,臨床治療方法較單一,觀察眼針與麻子仁丸對中風后腸燥便秘的患者的臨床療效比較,以尋找更佳的治療的便捷的方法。材料與方法:選擇遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院腦病K2科2014年11月至2015年12月患者60例且符合納入標準,按照隨機數(shù)字表法隨機分成兩組,為治療組和對照組,每組患者數(shù)為30例,在中風病的基礎(chǔ)治療上,治療組予以眼針針刺治療(大腸穴、脾穴、上焦穴、下焦穴),每日針刺一次,并依照個人體質(zhì)留針15至30分鐘,對照組則加以麻子仁丸口服進行治療,7天為一療程,治療進行連續(xù)2個療程。兩組患者均在治療前后分別進行中醫(yī)癥候評分、便秘患者臨床評分(CCB)、便秘患者生活質(zhì)量量表評分(PAC-QOL)進行評分,用來比較兩組患者的治療結(jié)果。結(jié)果:1.眼針針刺治療組與口服麻子仁丸藥物組治療前后患者的便秘患者的臨床評分、中醫(yī)癥候評分與便秘患者生活質(zhì)量評分均有顯著的差異(P0.05)。2.眼針針刺組別改善中風后便秘的效果優(yōu)于口服麻子仁丸治療組,兩組療效的中醫(yī)癥候評分、便秘患者臨床評分、便秘患者生存質(zhì)量的評分有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.眼針針刺治療與口服麻子仁丸都能改善中風后患者便秘的癥狀。2.眼針針刺治療方法優(yōu)于口服麻子仁丸的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: constipation is one of the symptoms in the sequelae of apoplexy, and the clinical treatment method is relatively simple. To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and pozhiren pill on patients with intestinal dryness constipation after apoplexy. Materials and methods: 60 patients with encephalopathy from November 2014 to December 2015 in Department K2 of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the inclusion criteria. In order to treat group and control group, there were 30 patients in each group. In the basic treatment of apoplexy, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture of eye acupuncture (large intestine point, spleen point, upper Jiao point, Xijiao acupoint Wu, acupuncture once a day). The patients in the control group were treated with mazhiren pills orally for 7 days as a course of treatment and for two consecutive courses of treatment. The patients in both groups were scored with TCM symptoms before and after treatment. The clinical scores of constipation patients were evaluated by CCBU, and the quality of life (QOL) scores of constipation patients were evaluated by PAC-QOL. Used to compare the results of treatment between the two groups. Results 1. The clinical scores of constipation patients in the eye acupuncture treatment group and the oral mazhiren pill group before and after treatment, There was significant difference between TCM symptom score and quality of life score of constipation patients. The effect of eye acupuncture group on improving constipation after apoplexy was better than that of oral mazhiren pill group. The TCM symptom score and the clinical score of constipation patients in the two groups were better than those in the control group. There was significant difference in quality of life score of constipation patients (P 0.05). Conclusion 1. Both eye acupuncture and oral mazhiren pills can improve the symptoms of constipation after apoplexy. The treatment of eye acupuncture is better than that of oral hemp kernel pills.
