【摘要】：目的:通過設置臨床隨機對照的對比觀察試驗,研究比較從脾胃論治雷火灸治療肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎與使用趙氏雷火灸療法治療肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎的療效差異,以期為肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎的治療尋找一種真實有效、安全簡便的非手術療法,以期達到遠期療效,以及雷火灸治療過敏性鼻炎臨床廣泛推廣和優(yōu)化改革。方法:臨床研究收集2015年1月到2015年10月期間來長春中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院針灸科以及耳鼻喉科就診并符合臨床診斷納入標準的患者60例,進行完全隨機分組。研究分為兩組,治療組30例,通過選取調(diào)理脾胃的穴位使用雷火灸進行治療;對照組30例,采用趙氏雷火灸治療鼻炎的治療方法。治療3個療程后以及3個月后隨訪,觀察分析兩組的癥狀及體征評分變化情況,并對相關數(shù)據(jù)做醫(yī)學統(tǒng)計學的處理分析,并得出兩組間的臨床療效對比分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果:1.兩組治療前與治療后癥狀及體征評分顯示,兩組治療后的療效均有顯著提高。2.兩組臨床總有效率對比:治療組90%,對照組76.67%。3個月后隨訪,治療組81.48%,對照組56.52%。且兩組間的統(tǒng)計學比較均具有顯著性差異(P㩳0.05),治療組在改善肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎癥狀及體征方面不僅近期效果,遠期效果也明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:雷火灸治療肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎,趙氏雷火灸療法與從脾胃論治療法均為有效療法,但從脾胃論治肺氣虛寒型過敏性鼻炎的療法效果更好。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the clinical randomized controlled trial setting, efficacy comparative study from the spleen and stomach qi deficiency type thunderbolt moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis with Zhao's thunder use fire moxibustion therapy for Qi deficiency type of allergic rhinitis, in order for the treatment of lung deficiency allergic rhinitis for a real and effective non surgical therapy is safe and simple, and in order to achieve the long-term curative effect, clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis and thunder fire moxibustion extensive promotion and optimization reform. Methods: the clinical study from January 2015 to October 2015 during the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital acupuncture department and Department of ENT and included 60 patients with clinical diagnosis standard, were completely randomized. The study was divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupoint selection of spleen and stomach with thunder fire moxibustion; the control group of 30 cases, with Zhao's thunder fire moxibustion Treatment of rhinitis. After 3 courses of treatment, after 3 months of follow-up, analysis of symptoms and signs score changes were observed in the two groups, analysis and medical statistics of relevant data, and draws a comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results: 1. the results of two groups before treatment and after treatment of symptoms and signs score showed that the efficacy of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased in.2. two group clinical total efficiency comparison: the treatment group 90%, control group after 76.67%.3 months of follow-up, the treatment group 81.48%, control group and 56.52%. were compared between the two groups had significant difference (P? 0.05), in the treatment group improve the lung cold allergic rhinitis symptoms and signs not only short-term effect, long-term effect is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: thunderbolt moxibustion treatment of qi deficiency type of allergic rhinitis, Zhao's thunder fire moxibustion therapy and treatment from spleen and stomach therapy are effective, but Better effect on the treatment of qi deficiency type therapy of allergic rhinitis from the spleen and stomach.
