【摘要】：干針療法是指以人體解剖和生理學為基礎,通過激痛點刺激治療肌筋膜痛的特殊針刺方法。近些年,西方治療師運用干針療法治療疼痛性疾病取得了較好效果,同時干針療法在世界范圍得到了很好的宣傳。而2015年下半年的"干針立法"事件將干針療法與中醫(yī)針灸之間的矛盾帶入了公眾視野。因此,筆者首先從干針歷史、刺激部位及針刺手法3個方面與中醫(yī)針灸進行比較,并結(jié)合文獻證明干針是中醫(yī)針灸療法在西方的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新。其次,筆者通過對干針立法事件的反思,總結(jié)了該事件對針灸國際化發(fā)展的啟示。
[Abstract]:Dry acupuncture is a special acupuncture method for treating myofascial pain based on human anatomy and physiology. In recent years, Western therapists have achieved good results in treating painful diseases by using dry acupuncture. At the same time, dry acupuncture has been well publicized around the world. And the "dry needle legislation" event in the second half of 2015 brought the contradiction between dry acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture into public view. Therefore, the author begins with the history of dry acupuncture. Compared with acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in three aspects of stimulating position and acupuncture technique, combining with literature, it is proved that dry acupuncture is the development and innovation of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in western countries. Secondly, the author reflects on the legislative event of dry acupuncture. The enlightenment of this event to the internationalization of acupuncture and moxibustion is summarized.
