【摘要】：目的：古代時名為交趾地區(qū),亦屬于嶺南小部分,是嶺南之極南位置,屬熱帶地區(qū),日照時間長,夏長而冬暖,導(dǎo)致人之腠理常開,汗液易出,耗散氣津。越南北部不僅天氣炎熱,而且東邊沿海,長期受暖濕氣流的影響,多雨而潮濕,且四季劃分不明顯,故當?shù)厝艘撞∮跐駸嵝皻�。醫(yī)者治病見熱癥、發(fā)熱則用寒涼之藥以攻伐,見濕邪則用淡滲之品以利水祛濕,甚至有言“嶺南麻黃桂枝湯絕不可用”。如今越南剛開放不久,正屬于發(fā)展中國家,現(xiàn)代生活使人民的思想理念、生活方式以及飲食習(xí)慣、就醫(yī)求藥與古人相差甚遠,造成人體長屬于亞健康狀態(tài),體內(nèi)陰虛陽衰、正氣常不足。因此本文欲通過探討越南當?shù)刂t(yī)家黎有卓的扶正思想,并從其所推崇的醫(yī)學(xué)理論即先天水火論和后天脾胃論及其醫(yī)案中治療用藥的習(xí)慣來分析,從而論證黎有卓的扶正思想在現(xiàn)代越南北部地區(qū)對臨床上診療的可行性。且通過此研究更深一步的挖掘中越之間的傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)源流關(guān)系,有利于兩國之間的傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)上的交流。方法：本研究主要以文獻分析為主,再借助古代各中醫(yī)學(xué)家及著作的研究,來分析探討黎有卓的醫(yī)學(xué)著作及其扶正思想,以“扶正”為專題、以先天水火及后天脾胃為重點研究目標,第一章對黎有卓及其著作《海上醫(yī)宗心領(lǐng)》進行梳理研究,借此剖析他扶正思想的淵源。第二章是進一步對黎有卓撰寫的書籍中對各家學(xué)術(shù)思想的繼承及其所在臨床用藥的特色來剖析其扶正思想的涵義及體現(xiàn)。第三章是進行分析越南北部地區(qū)種種影響人體正氣的因素并闡述黎有卓扶正思想在當?shù)氐目尚行缘睦碚摳鶕?jù)。第四章是黎有卓的臨床醫(yī)案,從中可更詳細地了解其扶正思想的靈活運用。結(jié)論：通過四部分的闡述,可見越南北部地區(qū)人體體質(zhì)較差,加上致病的客觀與主觀因素繁多,正氣常處于虛損狀態(tài)。通過分析黎有卓的扶正思想以及其用藥的特點亦可得知。而黎有卓的扶正思想即調(diào)和先天水火與后天脾胃處在一個平衡狀態(tài)為基礎(chǔ)。故在越南北部地區(qū)治療疾病的過程中扶正思想在臨床是非常有意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: in ancient times, it was named Jiao toe area, which is also a small part of the south of the five ridges. It is a tropical region with long sunshine, long summer and warm winter, which leads to the frequent opening of striae and the easy exhalation of sweat. The northern part of Vietnam is not only hot in weather, but also in the east coast. Affected by warm and humid air currents for a long time, it is rainy and humid, and the division of four seasons is not obvious, so the local people are susceptible to dampness and heat evil. The fever is attacked by the medicine of cold and cool, and when the evil of dampness is seen, it is easy to remove water and dampness with the product of light seepage. There is even a saying that "Lingnan Ephedra Guizhi decoction must not be used". Today, Vietnam is just opening up, it is a developing country, and modern life has made the people's ideology. Lifestyle and eating habits, seeking medicine for medical treatment are very different from the ancients, resulting in the human body being in a state of sub-health, Yin vacuity and yang declining, and deficiency of vital energy. Therefore, this article intends to discuss the idea of reviving the health of Le Youzuo, a famous local doctor in Vietnam. And from the medical theory that he respected, that is, the theory of congenital water and fire, the theory of acquired spleen and stomach, and the habit of treating drugs in his medical records, In order to demonstrate the feasibility of Li Youzhuo's idea of strengthening the Zheng Zheng in clinical diagnosis and treatment in the northern part of modern Vietnam, and through this study, we can further explore the traditional medical relationship between Vietnam and Vietnam. Methods: this study mainly focused on literature analysis, and then analyzed and discussed Li Youzhuo's medical works and his thoughts of rectifying them with the help of ancient Chinese medicine experts and works. Taking "Fuzheng" as a special topic and focusing on innate water and fire and acquired spleen and stomach, the first chapter combs and studies Li Youzhuo and his work "the Heart of Sea Medicine". The second chapter is to analyze the meaning and embodiment of Li Youzhuo's books on the inheritance of various academic thoughts and their clinical characteristics. Chapter three is. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the health of the human body in the northern part of Vietnam and expounds the theoretical basis for the feasibility of Li Youzhuo's idea of nourishing health in the region. Chapter 4th is Li Youzhuo's clinical medical records. Conclusion: through the four parts of elaboration, we can see that the human body in the northern part of Vietnam is poor, coupled with a variety of objective and subjective factors for pathogenicity. Zheng qi is often in the state of deficiency and damage. It can be known by analyzing Li Youzhuo's thoughts of rectifying the spirit and the characteristics of his medication. Li Youzhuo's thought of nourishing qi is based on the balance between innate harmony of water, fire and acquired spleen and stomach. In the northern part of Vietnam, the process of curing diseases is of great significance in clinical practice.
