【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)耳穴壓籽法在緩解癌痛中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值及可行性。方法選擇2015-11-01至2016-12-16住院的160例患者,其中在上海市松江區(qū)方塔中醫(yī)醫(yī)院腫瘤科隨機(jī)抽取80例患者作為對照組;在上海市松江區(qū)中山街道社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心舒緩療護(hù)科隨機(jī)抽取80例患者作為試驗(yàn)組。對照組予以常規(guī)三階梯止痛法;試驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)三階梯止痛法基礎(chǔ)上采用中醫(yī)耳穴壓籽法(王不留行籽耳貼)。兩組均治療2個(gè)療程,于治療前和治療2個(gè)療程后采用疼痛數(shù)字評分法(NRS)評價(jià)鎮(zhèn)痛效果,采用歐洲癌癥研究與治療組織生命質(zhì)量測定量表(QLQ-C30)(3版)評價(jià)生命質(zhì)量;于治療2個(gè)療程后調(diào)查患者的滿意度,評價(jià)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果對照組疼痛緩解有效率為87.5%(70/80),試驗(yàn)組疼痛緩解有效率96.3%(77/80),兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.103,P=0.043)。對照組生活質(zhì)量改善率為70.0%(56/80),試驗(yàn)組生活質(zhì)量改善率為83.8%(67/80),兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.254,P=0.039)。試驗(yàn)組滿意度高于對照組,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低于對照組(u=-2.473,P=0.013;χ~2=9.425,P=0.002)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)耳穴壓籽法結(jié)合三階梯止痛法在緩解癌痛中具有鎮(zhèn)痛作用強(qiáng)、能明顯改善患者的生活質(zhì)量、提高患者滿意度高的效果,且能降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,故中醫(yī)耳穴壓籽法在緩解癌痛中具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值及可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value and feasibility of auricular seed pressing method in relieving cancer pain. Methods 160 patients were selected from 2015-11-01 to 2016-12-16. 80 patients were randomly selected as control group in the Department of Oncology, Fangta traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Songjiang District, Shanghai. 80 patients were randomly selected from the community health service center of Zhongshan Street in Songjiang District of Shanghai as trial group. The control group was treated with routine three-step analgesic method. On the basis of the routine three-step analgesic method, the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressing seed method (Wang Buliu Zeier paste). Both groups were treated for 2 courses. The analgesic effect was evaluated before and after 2 courses of treatment by using the pain digital score method (NRS). The quality of life (QLQ-C30 / 3) was evaluated by the European Cancer Research and treatment Organization quality of Life scale (QLQ-C30 / 3), and the satisfaction of the patients was investigated after two courses of treatment. Results the effective rate of pain relief in the control group was 87.5% / 80%, and the effective rate of pain relief in the experimental group was 96.3 / 77 / 80, with a significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 4.103). The improvement rate of the quality of life in the control group was 70.056 / 80%, and the improvement rate in the test group was 83.880%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2) 2.254). The satisfaction degree of the trial group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.013), 蠂 ~ (2 +) = 9.425 (P < 0.002). Conclusion Auricular seed pressing combined with three-step analgesic method has a strong analgesic effect in relieving cancer pain, which can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with cancer. And can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, so Chinese ear point seed pressing method has certain application value and feasibility in alleviating cancer pain.
