【摘要】：與20世紀(jì)上半葉被動(dòng)接受西醫(yī)改造的"科學(xué)化"路徑不同,20世紀(jì)50年代的"中醫(yī)科學(xué)化"歷程呈現(xiàn)出更為復(fù)雜的面相:一方面,創(chuàng)立具有現(xiàn)代性的"新醫(yī)學(xué)"成為中醫(yī)和西醫(yī)發(fā)展的共同方向;另一方面,中醫(yī)在尋求"科學(xué)化"的同時(shí),需幫助西醫(yī)實(shí)現(xiàn)"中國(guó)化";相應(yīng)地,西醫(yī)在尋求"中國(guó)化"的同時(shí),也需幫助中醫(yī)實(shí)現(xiàn)"科學(xué)化"。在這一背景下興起的柳枝接骨術(shù)集中地映射出"中醫(yī)科學(xué)化"自身的內(nèi)在困境,在于弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化與恪守現(xiàn)代科學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的兩難,而其本質(zhì)則是文化與科學(xué)、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的沖突在中西醫(yī)關(guān)系上的體現(xiàn)。即使人為地提高作為傳統(tǒng)文化代表的中醫(yī)的地位,最終也仍然無(wú)法使其擺脫"科學(xué)化"的困境。
[Abstract]:Different from the path of "scientific" in the first half of 20th century, the course of "scientization" of traditional Chinese medicine in 50s of the 20th century presents a more complicated aspect: on the one hand, The creation of modern "new medicine" has become the common direction of the development of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; on the other hand, while seeking "scientific", traditional Chinese medicine needs to help western medicine to realize "Chinese medicine"; accordingly, while seeking "Chinese medicine", Western medicine is seeking "Chinese medicine" at the same time. It is also necessary to help Chinese medicine to realize "scientization". In this context, the rise of willow bone grafting focused on mapping out the inherent predicament of "scientization of traditional Chinese medicine", which lies in the dilemma of carrying forward traditional culture and adhering to modern scientific standards. The essence of it is culture and science, and the conflict between tradition and modern reflects the relationship between traditional Chinese and western medicine. Even if the status of traditional Chinese medicine as the representative of traditional culture is artificially raised, it will still not be able to get rid of the dilemma of "scientization" in the end.
