【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察化痰通脈湯治療冠心病不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互阻型)的臨床療效,評(píng)價(jià)其安全性和有效性。方法:將符合入選條件的60例不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互阻型)患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組各30例,對(duì)照組給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合化痰通脈湯,分別于治療前及治療2周后記錄出兩組患者中醫(yī)證侯積分,同型半胱氨酸水平,心電圖變化,觀察其臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.中醫(yī)證候療效:兩組治療后中醫(yī)證候療效均較治療前改善,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組具有顯著差異性(P0.05);2.心電圖療效:兩組治療后均有改善,治療組總有效率63.33%,對(duì)照組總有效率56.67%,兩組比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);3.同型半胱氨酸值的比較:兩組治療后數(shù)值較療前均有下降(P0.01),治療后治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組具有明顯差異性(P0.05);結(jié)論:1.化痰通脈湯能夠降低冠心病不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(痰瘀互阻型)患者的中醫(yī)證候積分,改善患者臨床癥狀;2.化痰通脈湯能夠減輕不穩(wěn)定心絞痛(痰瘀互阻型)患者的心絞痛癥狀,改善心電圖缺血狀態(tài)。3.化痰通脈湯能夠降低不穩(wěn)定心絞痛(痰瘀互阻型)患者血同型半胱氨酸含量、抑制炎癥反應(yīng)、穩(wěn)定斑塊。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Huatan Tongmai decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris (phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction) were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Huatan Tongmai decoction. The TCM syndromes score, homocysteine level and electrocardiogram of the two groups were recorded before and 2 weeks after treatment. Observe its clinical curative effect. Results 1. TCM syndromes curative effect: after treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group, and the two groups had significant difference (P 0.05). 2. Electrocardiogram effect: there was improvement in both groups after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion (1) Huatan Tongmai decoction can reduce TCM syndromes integral of patients with unstable angina pectoris (phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type) of coronary heart disease. To improve the clinical symptoms of patients 2.Huatan Tongmai decoction can alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris (phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type). Improve the ischemic state of ECG .3.Huatan Tongmai decoction can reduce the content of homocysteine in blood of patients with unstable angina pectoris (phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction), inhibit inflammatory reaction and stabilize plaque.
