【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)單用蜂針或蜂針聯(lián)合其他方法治療類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的效果。方法:檢索中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)資源系統(tǒng)(Wan Fang Data)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)截至2016年3月29日的文獻(xiàn),用Cohrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)綜述手冊(cè)5.0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量,用Rev Man 5.2軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:納入文獻(xiàn)11篇,共738例;單用蜂針的總有效率高于布洛芬+中藥制劑(P0.05);單用蜂針與甲氨蝶呤、單用蜂針與甲氨蝶呤+塞來昔布的總有效率比較無顯著差異(P0.05);蜂針+甲氨蝶呤與甲氨蝶呤、蜂針+甲氨蝶呤+柳氮磺吡啶+美洛昔康與甲氨蝶呤+柳氮磺吡啶+美洛昔康、蜂針+中藥熏洗+芬必得+來氟米特+甲氨蝶呤與芬必得+來氟米特+甲氨蝶呤、蜂針+中藥外敷+青霉素+雙氯芬酸鈉與青霉素+雙氯芬酸鈉的總有效率均是前者高于后者(P0.05或P0.01);蜂針+養(yǎng)血通痹湯與非甾體類消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥+激素、蜂針+雷公藤與雷公藤的總有效率比較無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:單用蜂針或聯(lián)合蜂針能提高類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效,但需更多高質(zhì)量、大樣本的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the efficacy of bee needle or bee needle combined with other methods in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: to search the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Wanfang data Resource system (Wan Fang data), Chinese Science and Technology (CNKI). Journal Database (VIP) as of March 29th 2016, The quality of the literature was evaluated with the Cohrane Cooperative Network Review Manual 5.0, and the Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.2 software. Results: the total effective rate of single bee needle was higher than that of ibuprofen traditional Chinese medicine preparation (P0.05), and that of bee needle and methotrexate was higher than that of ibuprofen traditional Chinese medicine preparation (P0.05), the total effective rate of bee needle was higher than that of ibuprofen preparation. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between single bee needle and methotrexate celecoxib, there was no significant difference between bee needle methotrexate and methotrexate, bee needle methotrexate and methotrexate azepyridine meroxicam and methotrexate azepyridine meroxicam, The Chinese medicine of bee needle fumigation and washing fentanyl get leflunomide methotrexate and fenbim get leflunomide methotrexate, The total effective rate of penicillin diclofenac sodium and penicillin diclofenac sodium was higher than that of penicillin diclofenac sodium compared with that of penicillin diclofenac sodium. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between Tripterygium wilfordii and Tripterygium wilfordii. Conclusion: single bee needle or combined bee needle can improve the curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis, but it needs more high quality.
