【摘要】：目的:基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)軟件,分析"國醫(yī)大師"劉尚義教授治療膀胱癌的臨床用藥特點。方法:將2014年1月—2015年7月就診于劉尚義教授國醫(yī)堂門診膀胱癌患者信息輸入系統(tǒng)中,采用關聯(lián)規(guī)則阿Apriori算法、復雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類等無監(jiān)督數據挖掘方法,探討劉尚義教授治療膀胱癌的臨床用藥特點。結果:對篩選出的150例處方進行分析,確定處方中藥物使用頻次,藥物之間的關聯(lián)規(guī)則,挖掘出12個核心組合和6個新方。結論:劉教授治療膀胱癌多用養(yǎng)陰散結、清熱利尿之品。運用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺從中探索劉尚義教授治療膀胱癌的臨床用藥特點,為總結名老中醫(yī)經驗開辟新的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheritance Assistant system, This paper analyzed the clinical characteristics of professor Liu Shangyi in treating bladder cancer. Methods: from January 2014 to July 2015, Professor Liu Shangyi was admitted to the outpatient information system of Professor Liu Shangyi, and the association rule Apriori algorithm was used. Methods of unsupervised data mining, such as entropy clustering of complex systems, were used to explore the clinical characteristics of Professor Liu Shangyi in the treatment of bladder cancer. Results: 150 selected prescriptions were analyzed to determine the frequency of drug use in prescriptions and the association rules between them. 12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were excavated. Conclusion: professor Liu's treatment of bladder cancer mainly uses nourishing yin and dispersing the knot, clearing away heat and diuresis, and exploring the clinical characteristics of Liu Shangyi's treatment of bladder cancer by using the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform. To sum up the experience of old Chinese medicine to open up a new method.
