【摘要】：目的:觀察通腑瀉熱法針刺治療單純性肥胖病的療效,探討針刺減肥的有效方案方法:將符合單純性肥胖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的辨證為胃腸實(shí)熱型患者60例隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組每組30例。治療組:取穴:中脘、天樞、曲池、內(nèi)庭、上巨虛、合谷、足三里。操作方法:針刺方法,毫針刺,用瀉法,留針30分鐘,隔日一次,一個(gè)月為一療程,共觀察三個(gè)療程。對(duì)照組:給口服二甲雙胍0.5g Bid,一月為一療程,共三個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)治療后的數(shù)據(jù)分析,兩組對(duì)于此類肥胖皆有明顯的療效,其中治療組在改善體重指數(shù)(BMI)、腰圍、腰臀比值以及血脂方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05、P0.001、P0.05)。體脂百分率(F%)在治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P=0.002),可有改善。血脂在治療組的治療前后比較,甘油三酯與總膽固醇的P=0.004,0.018,P均0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。臨床兩組總療效比較;治療組分別為痊愈9.08%、顯效36.33%、有效45.47%、無(wú)效9.09%,總有效率是90.89%;對(duì)照組分別為痊愈5.00%、顯效15.20%、有效54.52%、無(wú)效27.34%,總有效率是72.73%,且其差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果說(shuō)明治療組在改善各觀察指標(biāo)數(shù)值方面有顯著效果,且總療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:通腑瀉熱法針刺治療單純性肥胖病胃腸實(shí)熱證具有顯著療效�？捎行Ы档褪秤�,減少飲食的攝入,并能明顯降低血脂水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of acupuncture on treating simple obesity with the method of unblocking Fu and purging heat. To explore the effective scheme of acupuncture for weight loss: 60 patients with gastrointestinal solid heat type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group: taking points: Zhongwan, Tianshu, Quchi, inner atrium, Shangzuxu, Hegu, Zusanli. Operation method: acupuncture, Milliform Acupuncture, diarrhea, retention of Needle 30 minutes, every other day as a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment were observed. Control group: oral administration of metformin 0.5g Bidd, January as a course of treatment, Results: after the data analysis, the two groups had significant effect on this kind of obesity, and the treatment group was improving the body mass index (BMI), the waist circumference, and the body mass index (BMI), the waist circumference, the body mass index (BMI) and the waist circumference. The ratio of waist to hip and blood lipid in the treatment group were better than that in the control group in terms of P 0.05, P 0.001, P 0.05, and the percentage of body fat was better than that in the control group, which was better than that in the control group, and could be improved. The blood lipids in the treatment group were compared before and after treatment. Triglyceride and total cholesterol (P 0.004) 0.018 (P = 0.05) were statistically significant. The total curative effect was compared between the two groups. The total effective rate was 90.89 in the treatment group, 5.00 in the control group, 15.20 in the control group, 54.52 in the effective 54.52, and 27.34 in ineffectiveness, the total effective rate was 72.735.The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). The therapeutic group had significant effect in improving the values of the observed indexes. The total curative effect was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: acupuncture with the method of clearing the Fu and reducing heat has a remarkable effect on treating simple obesity with solid heat of stomach and intestines, which can effectively reduce appetite, reduce the intake of diet, and obviously reduce the level of blood lipids.
