UPLC-PDA同時測定藏藥翼首草環(huán)烯醚萜苷和酚酸類10個化學成分的含量

【摘要】:建立超高效液相色譜法(UPLC-PDA)同時測定藏藥翼首草環(huán)烯醚萜和酚酸類10個化學成分的含量。采用Acquity UPLC~R BEH C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色譜柱,流動相0.2%磷酸水(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脫,檢測波長237,325 nm,流速0.4 mL·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,進樣量1μL。研究結果表明UPLC-PDA法定量分析翼首草10個化學成分在考察的范圍內線性關系良好(r≥0.999 7);加樣回收率為96.30%~103.0%(n=9),RSD為0.72%~2.9%(n=9)。所建立UPLC方法簡便、準確、重復性好,可同時測定藏藥翼首草中10個化學成分的含量。
[Abstract]:An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC-PDA-HPLC) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 10 chemical constituents of Cyclopterpene and phenolic acids in Tibetan medicine. The chromatographic column was Acquity UPLC~R BEH Che 18 (2. 1 mm 脳 100 mm ~ 1. 7 渭 m). The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid water, acetonitrile, acetonitrile, and gradient elution.
