【摘要】：目的:觀察不同穴位埋線周期對單純性肥胖患者的治療效果。方法:將60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的單純性肥胖患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為A組,B組,C組三組,每組各20例,穴位埋線治療周期分別為7 d、14 d、21 d,均以42 d為1療程,共治療兩個療程。觀察三組患者治療前及治療2個療程后體重(%)、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、脂肪分布率(F%)、不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)率。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過治療后,三組治療后體重下降(%)、脂肪分布率、體重指數(shù)均較治療前明顯下降(P0.05);A組與B組各項指標(biāo)下降較C組明顯(P0.05)。從治療療效來看,A組、B組、C組的總有效率分別為85.00%、90.00%、55.00%。從不良反應(yīng)的出現(xiàn)率來看:A組、B組、C組的不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)率分別為50.00%、15.00%、10.00%。結(jié)論:結(jié)合療效和不良反應(yīng)率,采用可吸收外科縫線進(jìn)行穴位埋線治療單純性肥胖的最佳周期以14天為宜。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of catgut embedding at different acupoints on patients with simple obesity. Methods: 60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into group A and group B according to random digital table. In group C, 20 cases in each group were treated with catgut embedding at acupoint for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days respectively, 42 days as a course of treatment. Two courses of treatment were used to observe the body weight, body mass index (BMI), fat distribution rate and adverse reaction rate before and after 2 courses of treatment in the three groups. Results: after treatment. After treatment, the weight loss, fat distribution rate and body mass index in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The indexes of group A and group B were significantly lower than those of group C (P 0.05). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 85.00% and 90.00%, respectively. According to the incidence rate of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in group B and group B was 50.00,15.00%, respectively. Conclusion: combined with curative effect and adverse reaction rate, the best period for the treatment of simple obesity with absorbable surgical suture is 14 days.
