【摘要】：目的:原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)是一種婦科常見疾病。以青春期少女及未婚或未育的年輕婦女為主要發(fā)病人群,嚴重影響著患者的工作、學習與生活,越來越受到社會的重視,目前西醫(yī)治療主要以非甾體抗炎藥為主,雖取得一定療效,但不良反應多,藥物依賴性強。而針灸治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)由來已久,且療效顯著。本文對近年來國內(nèi)外針灸治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的臨床研究進行概述及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,分析針灸治療痛經(jīng)的特點和效果,并從中探尋最佳治療方案。方法:從針灸的不同方法和治療機理方面展開綜述。結(jié)果:針灸治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的方法多、操作簡便、見效快、療效好、經(jīng)濟安全、無不良反應,且其臨床研究日益廣泛,不斷更新,但目前的研究方法、治療操作和機理研究等方面仍然存在一些不足。結(jié)論:將傳統(tǒng)的中醫(yī)針灸與現(xiàn)代的科學技術(shù)相結(jié)合,探索新型特色的針灸法,以循證醫(yī)學為指導,以科學的方法,嚴謹?shù)脑O計,統(tǒng)一的標準為前提,開展大樣本、多中心的針灸治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的相關(guān)研究,進一步提高臨床治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease. Adolescent girls and unmarried or unfertile young women as the main incidence population, seriously affect the work, study and life of patients. More and more attention has been paid to the society. At present, the main treatment of western medicine is non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, although it has achieved certain curative effect, but the adverse reactions are more and more, the drug dependence is strong. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has a long history. The clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea at home and abroad in recent years was summarized and statistics were made to analyze the characteristics and effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating dysmenorrhea. Methods: the different methods and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion were reviewed. Results: the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea had many methods, simple operation, quick effect, good curative effect and economic safety. There is no adverse reaction, and its clinical research is increasingly extensive and constantly updated, but the current research methods. Conclusion: the combination of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion with modern science and technology, explore the new characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion, guided by evidence-based medicine. On the premise of scientific method, rigorous design and unified standard, a large sample and multi-center acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for primary dysmenorrhea was carried out to further improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
