【摘要】：目的:以慢性非萎縮性胃炎患者為臨床研究對(duì)象,觀察半夏瀉心湯加減對(duì)其癥狀、體征及胃鏡檢查的影響,探索中醫(yī)藥治療該病的新方法。方法:選擇符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的慢性非萎縮性胃炎患者60例隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組(30例)予半夏瀉心湯加減治療,對(duì)照組(30例)予達(dá)立通顆粒治療,采用隨機(jī)、對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn),用藥1個(gè)月后觀察兩組臨床療效,并對(duì)兩組的臨床癥狀、體征記錄評(píng)分,進(jìn)行胃鏡檢查評(píng)分及判定療效,整理記錄分析后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:半夏瀉心湯加減組治療總有效率明顯優(yōu)于達(dá)立通顆粒給藥組,(P0.05);兩組治療前后比較,半夏瀉心湯加減給藥組在綜合療效、中醫(yī)證候療效及胃鏡檢查等方面與達(dá)立通顆粒給藥組有明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床研究表明,慢性非萎縮性胃炎患者使用兩種藥物治療均能有效改善胃脘堵脹或疼痛、反酸、噫氣、食少納呆、大便稀溏等臨床癥狀,在總體療效及胃鏡檢查改變方面有顯著性差異(P0.05),半夏瀉心湯加減給藥組效果優(yōu)于達(dá)立通顆粒組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on symptoms, signs and gastroscopy in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n = 30) was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction. The control group (n = 30) was treated with Daliitong granules. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after one month's treatment. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded and scored. Results: the total effective rate of Banxia Xiexin decoction group was significantly better than that of Daliitong granule group. Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, Banxia Xiexin decoction reduced drug treatment group in the comprehensive efficacy. The curative effect of TCM syndromes and gastroscopy examination were significantly different from that of Daliitong granule group. Conclusion: clinical study shows that. Patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as distention or pain, acid regurgitation, dystostomy, less food intake, loose stool and so on. There were significant differences in the total curative effect and the changes of gastroscopy. The effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction was better than that of Daliitong granule group.
