【摘要】：目的觀察烏蛇止癢方對艾滋病相關瘙癢性丘疹性皮疹脾虛濕蘊證患者臨床癥狀體征的改善。方法 45例HIVPPE脾虛濕蘊證患者隨機分入治療組及對照組。治療組23例,對照組22例。最終完成治療者41例,其中治療組21例,對照組20例;治療組給予烏蛇止癢方(烏梢蛇、蒼術、淮山藥、雞內(nèi)金、澤瀉、白芍、當歸、茯苓、白鮮皮、苦參、防風、黃芩、甘草)口服;對照組給予抗組胺藥物氯雷他定。分別在治療3周、8周后比較治療前后兩組患者臨床表現(xiàn)量化評分、中醫(yī)癥狀體征、皮膚生活質(zhì)量指數(shù)和血常規(guī)等指標變化。結果兩組患者治療8周后,治療組皮損改善優(yōu)于對照組,臨床療效明顯好于對照組,兩組有效率比較具有明顯差異(P0.01);治療3周后,與對照組相比,治療組皮膚癥狀體征就已經(jīng)有所改善(P0.05);治療8周后,治療組與對照組相比,結節(jié)、丘疹、苔癬樣變、瘙癢癥狀體征改善明顯(P0.01)。治療3周后,治療組乏力、納呆、腹脹有所改善(P0.05);治療8周后,治療組與對照組比較,乏力、納呆均有明顯改善(P0.01)。兩組患者經(jīng)過8周治療后,治療組皮膚生活質(zhì)量明顯提高,兩組比較具有顯著性差異(P0.01)。結論烏蛇止癢方能夠有效治療HIV-PPE脾虛濕蘊證患者,改善其臨床癥狀和體征,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the improvement of Wushizhi prescription on clinical symptoms and signs of AIDS related pruritus with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome. 45 patients with HIVPPE spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 23 cases in the treatment group. There were 22 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the final treatment group, including 21 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Wushen Zhiyang recipe (Wutiao snake, Atractylodes Atractylodes, Huai yam, Chicken Neijin, Rhizoma Alismatis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix angelicae Sinensis, Poria cocos, White fresh skin, Sophora flavescens, Fangfeng, Scutell@@. The control group was given the antihistamine loratadine. After 3 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results after 8 weeks of treatment, the improvement of skin lesions in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the clinical effect was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups (P 0.01). After 3 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the skin symptoms and signs of the treatment group have been improved P0.05; After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, nodules, papules, lichen like changes, pruritus symptoms and signs significantly improved P0.01.After 3 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was weak and incapacitated. Abdominal distension improved P0.05; After 8 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the patients in the treatment group had significant improvement in both fatigue and incapacity. After 8 weeks of treatment, the skin quality of life in the treatment group was significantly improved. Conclusion Wushi Zhiyang prescription can effectively treat HIV-PPE patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation, improve its clinical symptoms and signs, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
