【摘要】：本文主要研究五運(yùn)六氣理論,及其對(duì)心病診治的指導(dǎo)作用。五運(yùn)六氣學(xué)是中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)中一顆璀璨的明珠,據(jù)說(shuō)能推演氣候變遷、人體盛衰,并給予針對(duì)性指導(dǎo),令人神往。五運(yùn)六氣學(xué)又是一個(gè)爭(zhēng)議頗多的學(xué)說(shuō),一是對(duì)其持否定的醫(yī)家很多,二是其理論過(guò)于玄奧,難于理解和應(yīng)用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中有關(guān)五運(yùn)六氣的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提取、梳理,并參考?xì)v代著述,發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)五運(yùn)六氣理論根源于古樸的天象觀察,把天象依據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化成干支陰陽(yáng)五行這套說(shuō)理工具,并以此來(lái)推演天地人的常與變。因此五運(yùn)六氣理論是嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)而有條理的,可以對(duì)臨床心病的診治起到很大的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the theory of "five Transport and six Qi", and its guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. The theory of "five Transport and six Qi" is a bright pearl in the operation of traditional Chinese medicine, which is said to be able to deduce climate change, human body rise and fall, and give targeted guidance. It is a controversial theory, one is that many doctors hold negative views on it, the other is that its theory is too mysterious. It is difficult to understand and apply. By extracting and combing the contents of "Internal Classic" about "five and six", and referring to the works of the past dynasties, it is found that the theory of "five" and "six" is rooted in the simple observation of the celestial phenomena. The basis of celestial phenomena is transformed into a set of reasoning tools, which is called "dry branch, yin and yang, five elements", and it can be used to deduce the common and changing of heaven and earth. Therefore, the theory of "five and six" is rigorous, scientific and organized. It can be very enlightening to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical heart disease.
