【摘要】：冉品珍教授師從遂寧名醫(yī)徐立三先生,從事《內(nèi)經(jīng)》、《傷寒》、《中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)》等教學(xué)、臨床工作五十余年,積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗,擅長治療肺系病證、脾胃疾病,對濕熱病證及多種疑難病的診治也有獨特見解和較高造詣,形成了其獨特的學(xué)術(shù)思想和經(jīng)驗。本次研究通過文獻(xiàn)學(xué)方法,以冉品珍教授主編的《內(nèi)科臨證辨治錄》為藍(lán)本,結(jié)合臨床和中醫(yī)各家文獻(xiàn)探究冉老對肺系病證的診療思路、治療原則與用藥規(guī)律,分別對書中包含的感冒、咳嗽、哮喘、肺癰、肺痿、肺脹、咽喉痛等七類肺系病證進(jìn)行了分析和解讀,對冉老肺系病證診療的具體思路進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)。為進(jìn)一步深入研究冉品珍教授診療經(jīng)驗,傳承其學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨證經(jīng)驗提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Professor ran Pin-chen was taught by Mr. Xu Li-san, a famous doctor in Suining, who was engaged in teaching "Internal Classic", "typhoid fever" and "Internal Medicine of traditional Chinese Medicine". His clinical work was more than 50 years, and he accumulated rich clinical experience and was good at treating lung diseases and syndromes. Spleen and stomach diseases, the diagnosis and treatment of damp-heat disease and a variety of difficult diseases also have a unique view and higher attainments, forming its unique academic ideas and experience. Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine edited by Professor ran Pinzhen, this paper, combined with the clinical and traditional Chinese medicine literature, explores the diagnosis and treatment ideas, treatment principles and drug use rules of the lung diseases, respectively, and the colds contained in the books. Cough, asthma, lung carbuncle, pulmonary impotence, lung distension, throat pain and other seven types of lung diseases were analyzed and interpreted. This paper sums up and summarizes the concrete ideas of diagnosis and treatment of the disease syndrome of the old lung system of Valjean, which provides useful reference for further study on the experience of diagnosis and treatment of Professor ran Pin-chen, and for inheriting his academic thought and clinical experience.
