【摘要】：正專家推薦:韓景獻(xiàn)教授認(rèn)為,進(jìn)行性核上性麻痹(progressive superanuclear palsy,PSP)是一種少見的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)變性疾病,文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道日本的患病率為2~17/10萬(wàn),平均病程為5~9年,目前,PSP發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不明確,仍無有效治療方法,以對(duì)癥和支持治療為主。于濤主任經(jīng)過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究,根據(jù)多年臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)患者的臨床表現(xiàn),將針刺對(duì)于神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)作用的現(xiàn)代研究及穴位解剖、主治的特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,采用辨證施針治療,有效融合了循證醫(yī)學(xué)理念方法與針灸學(xué)臨床實(shí)踐原理,從而能夠更好地改善患者的臨床癥狀。在此報(bào)道1例針刺治療進(jìn)行性核上性麻痹的病例,包括了診斷、治療方法及治療結(jié)果,病例新穎,資料完整,可為PSP的臨床治療提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Recommended by experts: professor Han Jingxian believes progressive superanuclear palsy with progressive supranuclear paralysis. PSP is a rare neurodegenerative disease, the prevalence rate of PSP in Japan is reported to be 21 to 17 to 100, 000, the average course of disease is 5 ~ 9 years, the pathogenesis of PSP is not clear. There is still no effective treatment, mainly for symptomatic and supportive treatment. Director Yu Tao through the relevant literature research, according to many years of clinical experience, according to the clinical manifestations of patients, acupuncture for the nervous system, circulatory system. The modern research on the regulating effect of motor system, the anatomy of acupoints, the characteristics of main treatment, and the treatment of acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation are effective fusion of the theory of evidence-based medicine and the clinical practice principle of acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper reports a case of progressive supranuclear paralysis treated by acupuncture, including diagnosis, treatment method and treatment results. The case is novel and complete. It can provide reference experience for clinical treatment of PSP.
