【摘要】：目的:觀察茯仲降壓湯治療"H"型高血壓(痰瘀互結(jié)型)的臨床療效并初步探討其作用機(jī)制。方法:選取符合本試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的門診患者60例,對(duì)照組和治療組各30例,全部患者均給予西藥基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組每日加服茯仲降壓湯治療,療程為4周。觀察試驗(yàn)前后中醫(yī)證候、血壓、HCY水平及IMT的變化。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)研究表明,兩組治療后中醫(yī)證候、血壓和Hcy水平均明顯改善,與試驗(yàn)前比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而加入茯仲降壓湯組治療后比對(duì)照組改善更明顯,二者比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組治療前后IMT均無明顯變化,差異不顯著,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、茯仲降壓湯能夠改善"H"型高血壓(痰瘀互結(jié)型)患者中醫(yī)證候,并且安全可靠,無不良反應(yīng)。2、茯仲降壓湯對(duì)于改善"H"型高血壓(痰瘀互結(jié)型)患者的血漿Hcy水平有著顯著的效果。3、茯仲降壓湯能夠明顯降低"H"型高血壓(痰瘀互結(jié)型)患者的血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fuzongjiangya decoction in the treatment of "H" type hypertension (phlegm and blood stasis type) and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 outpatients who accord with the standard of this experiment were selected. Control group and treatment group of 30 cases, all patients were given basic treatment of western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction daily, the course of treatment was 4 weeks. Observe the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, blood pressure before and after the test. Results: the experimental study showed that the TCM syndromes, blood pressure and Hcy levels were significantly improved in both groups after treatment, compared with before the trial (P 0.05). The effect of Fuzhongjiangya decoction was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in IMT between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction can improve the syndrome of "H" type hypertension (phlegm and blood stasis type), and it is safe and reliable, no adverse reactions .2. Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction has a significant effect on improving the plasma Hcy level in patients with "H" type hypertension (phlegm and blood stasis type). Fu Zhong Jiangya decoction can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with H type hypertension (phlegm and blood stasis type).
