【摘要】：目的觀察化斑解毒湯聯(lián)合穴位自血療法治療面部激素依賴性皮炎的臨床療效。方法將120例患者隨機分為治療組和對照組(每組各60例),對照組給予口服左西替利嗪片5mg(次/d)、維生素C片0.2g(3次/次)、復(fù)方甘草酸苷片50mg(3次/d)及外用他克莫司軟膏適量(日兩次)。治療組給予中藥化斑解毒湯煎湯內(nèi)服外敷,并選雙側(cè)曲池及足三里作穴位自血療法,療程均為6周。結(jié)果治療組有效率為77.48%,對照組為71.43%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。但治療組療程第2、4及第6周的灼熱、紅斑、毛細血管擴張癥狀評分均明顯低于對照組(P0.05),兩組均隨訪觀察4周,對照組復(fù)發(fā)率(52.50%)明顯高于治療組(18.60%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論化斑解毒湯聯(lián)合穴位自血療法治療面部激素依賴性皮炎的療效良好,復(fù)發(fā)率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Huabanjiedu decoction combined with acupoint self-blood therapy on facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (60 cases in each group). The control group was given oral levocetirizine tablets 5 mg (5 mg / d, vitamin C 0. 2 g / time). Compound glycyrrhizin tablets (50 mg / d) and topical tacrolimus ointment (2 times a day). The treatment course was 6 weeks. Results the effective rate was 77.48 in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups, but the scores of searing, erythema and capillary dilatation in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the 4th and 6th week of treatment (P 0.05). The recurrence rate in the control group (52.50) was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (18.60). Conclusion Huaban jiedu decoction combined with acupoint self-blood therapy is effective in treating facial hormone dependent dermatitis and its recurrence rate is low.
