【摘要】：目的:建立一種藏藥肉果草中藥效成分梓醇的含量測(cè)定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色譜法,以Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)為分析柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(2∶98)為流動(dòng)相,檢測(cè)波長為210nm,流速為1 m L/min,柱溫為室溫。結(jié)果:梓醇在0.075~0.6 mg/m L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 6),平均加樣回收率為99.45%,RSD值為1.33%。結(jié)論:該方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、可靠、重復(fù)性好,可用于藏藥肉果草的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a method for the determination of catalpol in Tibetan medicinal herb. Methods: the content of catalpol was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The Kromasil C18 column (4.6mm 脳 250mm) was used as the analytical column, and the acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (2: 98) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL / min. Results: the linear range of catalpol was 0. 075 ~ 0. 6 mg/m / L, and the average recovery was 99.45%. Conclusion: this method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Tibetan medicine.
