【摘要】：目的:通過對溫中平痤湯治療粉刺脾胃虛寒證的臨床治療效果觀察,進(jìn)一步探討祖國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)運(yùn)用“溫中散寒,健脾祛濕”的治療方法對粉刺的治療作用,同時(shí)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析比較兩組的差異,證實(shí)其有效性及安全可靠性,為粉刺的治療提供一種新途徑。研究性質(zhì)為臨床療效觀察。方法:觀察60例經(jīng)臨床診斷符合粉刺脾胃虛寒證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者,采用任意生成的從零到九十個(gè)數(shù)字所組成的表格進(jìn)行任意分為各個(gè)組,將病人分為治療組與對照組各30例,治療組給以溫中平痤湯內(nèi)服,對照組給以補(bǔ)中益氣顆粒內(nèi)服。10天為1個(gè)療程,治療2-3個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:此課題經(jīng)過臨床觀察證實(shí),治療組治愈8例(26.7%),顯效13例(43.3%),有效5例(16.7%),無效4例(13.3%),總有效率為86.7%;對照組治愈5例(16.7%),顯效10例(33.3%),有效6例(20%),無效9例(30%),總有效率為70%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,兩組有差異,充分證實(shí)溫中平痤湯治療粉刺脾胃虛寒證的療效顯著,顯著好于補(bǔ)中益氣顆粒治療對照組。結(jié)論:經(jīng)臨床觀察研究表明,溫中平痤湯治療粉刺脾胃虛寒證療效確切,且不良反應(yīng)較少,值得臨床推行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Wenzhong Pingcuo decoction in treating acne with deficiency of spleen and stomach, and to further explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on acne with "warming and dispersing cold, invigorating spleen and dispelling dampness". At the same time, the statistical analysis and comparison of the two groups of differences, confirmed its effectiveness and safety and reliability. To provide a new approach for the treatment of acne. The nature of the study is to observe the clinical efficacy. Methods: to observe 60 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome by clinical diagnosis. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was given Buzhong Yiqi granules for one course of treatment for 2 to 3 courses of treatment. Results: this subject was confirmed by clinical observation, the treatment group cured 8 cases (26.7 cases). The effective rate was 43.3% in 13 cases, 16.7% in 5 cases and 13.3% in 4 cases. The total effective rate was 86.7%. In the control group, 5 cases were cured, 10 cases were significantly effective and 33. 3%, 6 cases were effective, and 9 cases were not effective. The total effective rate was 70%. There are differences between the two groups, fully confirmed that Wenzhong Ping Cuo Tang treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome, significantly better than the treatment of control group. Conclusion: clinical observation shows. Wenzhong Ping Cuo decoction is effective in the treatment of asthenia cold syndrome of spleen and stomach, and its adverse reaction is less, which is worthy of clinical practice.
