【摘要】：目的:本課題通過對肝腎陰虛證高血壓頭痛患者在應(yīng)用中藥制劑益腎平肝湯治療后的臨床研究,旨在探討益腎平肝湯對肝腎陰虛證高血壓頭痛患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:收集2013年12月至2015年6月在濟(jì)南市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院門診和病房治療的80例肝腎陰虛證高血壓頭痛患者,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為治療組和對照組,各組40例。治療組采用董桂英主任醫(yī)師經(jīng)驗(yàn)方益腎平肝湯治療,對照組采用尼莫地平治療。比較兩組患者治療前、治療后血壓、中醫(yī)證候積分、中醫(yī)證候療效、頭痛程度、生活質(zhì)量的改善情況。結(jié)果:治療后,治療組收縮壓、舒張壓明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。各項(xiàng)臨床癥狀積分比治療前均明顯降低(P0.05)。治療后,治療組各項(xiàng)臨床癥狀積分較對照組明顯降低,治療組臨床證候療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。治療后頭痛程度比治療前明顯改善(P0.05),但治療組的頭痛改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者生理功能、生理職能、情感職能、軀體疼痛、精神疼痛、精神健康、精力、社會(huì)功能、一般健康狀況評分均比治療前明顯改善(P0.05),但治療組的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益腎平肝湯能有效的降低肝腎陰虛證的高血壓頭痛患者的血壓,改善其中醫(yī)癥候積分,提高中醫(yī)癥狀療效,減輕頭痛程度,改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Pinggan decoction on hypertensive headache patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. To explore the effect of Yishen Pinggan decoction on the quality of life of hypertensive headache patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. From December 2013 to June 2015, 80 patients with hypertension and headache due to deficiency of liver and kidney yin were collected and treated in the outpatient and ward of Jinan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nimodipine. The blood pressure, TCM syndromes integral, TCM syndromes efficacy, headache degree, quality of life were improved before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: after treatment. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the curative effect of clinical syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.050.The degree of headache after treatment was significantly improved than that before treatment (P0.05). But the improvement of headache in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the two groups had physiological function, physiological function, emotional function, body pain, mental pain, mental health and energy. The scores of social function and general health status were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, but the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: Yishen Pinggan decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive headache patients with deficiency of liver and kidney yin, improve the integral of TCM symptoms, and improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms. Alleviate headache degree, improve patient's quality of life.
