【摘要】：目的:探討涼膈散與中藥控釋藥條聯(lián)合治療急性智齒冠周炎的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年4月-2017年1月醫(yī)院門診收治的100例機型智齒冠周炎患者。根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組各50例。對照組采用涼膈散治療治療,觀察組采用涼膈散與中藥控釋藥條聯(lián)合治療。比較兩組患者臨床療效、口腔細菌清除情況、臨床癥狀/體征積分及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結果:觀察組患者總有效率(92.0%)顯著高于對照組(84.0%)(P0.05)。治療后3、5 d,兩組患者VAS評分均較治療前有下降,且觀察組的VAS評分顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者口腔細菌數(shù)量均明顯少于治療前(P0.05),但組間比較無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組臨床癥狀、體征積分顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(4.0%)顯著低于對照組(12.0%)(P0.05)。結論:涼膈散與中藥控釋藥條聯(lián)合治療急性智齒冠周炎療效確切,可有效緩解疼痛,改善臨床體征,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Liangge Powder combined with controlled release of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis. From April 2014 to January 2017, 100 patients with pericoronitis of wisdom teeth were selected and divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with Liangge powder. Treatment. The observation group was treated with Liangge Powder and controlled release drug strip. The clinical efficacy and oral bacterial clearance were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of patients in the observation group (92.0) was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.0%). VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment. The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the number of oral bacteria in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). However, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptoms were observed in the observation group. The score of physical signs was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Liangge powder combined with controlled release of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis is definite. Can effectively relieve pain, improve clinical signs, safe and reliable.
