【摘要】：目的:運用中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代研究,觀察黃連溫膽湯治療室性早博痰火擾心證的臨床療效及安全性,探討痰火擾心對室性早搏發(fā)病的影響。方法:將60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機分為兩組,試驗組、對照組各30例。對照組給予常規(guī)西藥倍他樂克治療,試驗組在常規(guī)西藥倍他樂克的基礎(chǔ)上加用黃連溫膽湯治療,6周為一療程,觀察臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:試驗組在治療室性早搏療效、改善中醫(yī)臨床癥狀方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組,(P0.05),存在顯著差異。結(jié)論:具有清熱化痰寧心作用的中藥黃連溫膽湯能改善痰火擾心型室性早博患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀評分,能減少室性早搏患者的早博次數(shù),安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating ventricular syndrome of phlegm and fire disturbance by using the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research. To investigate the effect of phlegm and fire disturbance on the onset of ventricular premature beat. Methods: 60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine Betaloc. The trial group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction for 6 weeks on the basis of the routine western medicine Betaloc. Results: the experimental group was treated with ventricular premature beats. The improvement of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan decoction, which has the effect of clearing heat and dissipating phlegm and calming the heart, can improve the scores of TCM clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm-fire disturbing ventricular premature beats, and can reduce the number of premature beats in patients with ventricular premature beats. Safe and effective.
