【摘要】：研究目的:本研究旨通過(guò)隨機(jī)臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法觀察加減麥冬麻仁湯對(duì)老年功能性便秘腸燥津虧證的療效,并進(jìn)一步理解方劑的配伍規(guī)律。研究方法:將60例滿(mǎn)足納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的老年功能性便秘腸燥津虧證門(mén)診及住院患者按照完全隨機(jī)的方法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組例數(shù)相等,均為30例。治療組服用加減麥冬麻仁湯,對(duì)照組服用麻仁膠囊,兩組用藥均為15天,治療結(jié)束后觀察疾病總療效、中醫(yī)癥候療效;在治療過(guò)程及隨訪階段持續(xù)關(guān)注治療組與對(duì)照組用藥的不良反應(yīng)、安全性。結(jié)果:兩藥對(duì)老年功能性便秘總療效的比較,治療組總有效率為93.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率為83.3%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),加減麥冬麻仁湯效果優(yōu)于麻仁膠囊;在改善中醫(yī)癥候方面,加減麥冬麻仁湯和麻仁膠囊均有顯著療效(P0.01)治療組總有效率為96.7%,對(duì)照組為73.3%,兩組對(duì)中醫(yī)癥候總療效差別有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01),加減麥冬麻仁湯顯著優(yōu)于麻仁膠囊;在單項(xiàng)中醫(yī)癥候積分改善的方面對(duì)比兩組療效,加減麥冬麻仁湯在改善患者大便干結(jié)、排便困難、口干少津的癥狀方面要顯著優(yōu)于麻仁膠囊(P0.01),在改善患者排便間隔時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)、腹脹腹痛及神疲納差方面兩組療效相當(dāng)。對(duì)兩組患者中能接受隨訪的治療有效的(包括臨床痊愈、顯效及有效)隨訪一月,結(jié)果顯示在疾病遠(yuǎn)期療效方面加減麥冬麻仁湯優(yōu)于麻仁膠囊;在用藥安全性方面,兩組藥物用藥期間均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:加減麥冬麻仁湯對(duì)老年功能性便秘腸燥津虧證患者具有良好的臨床療效,治療及隨訪過(guò)程中未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生
[Abstract]:Objective: the aim of this study was to observe the effect of Maidong Maren decoction on senile functional constipation by random clinical trial. Study method: 60 cases of senile functional constipation were divided into treatment group and control group according to completely random method. The number of cases in each group was equal, 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Ma-jen decoction and the control group was treated with Maren capsule for 15 days. After the treatment, the total curative effect of the disease and the curative effect of TCM symptom were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% compared with the total efficacy of the two drugs in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly. The total effective rate of the control group was 83.3, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the effect of adding and subtracting Maidong Maren decoction was better than that of Maren capsule. In the aspect of improving TCM symptoms, the total effective rate was 96.7in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total curative effect of TCM symptoms. The addition and subtraction of Maoren decoction was significantly better than that of Maren capsule. In the single Chinese medicine symptom integral improvement aspect comparison two groups curative effect, add and subtracts Maidong Ma Ren decoction in the improvement patient stool dry knot, defecation difficulty, the mouth dry little Jin symptom aspect to be obviously superior to the Ma Ren capsule P0.01). The efficacy of the two groups in improving the interval of defecation, abdominal distention and anorexia was similar. The effective treatment (including clinical recovery, marked effect and effective) was followed up January for the patients in both groups. The results showed that the addition and subtraction of Maoren decoction was better than that of Maren capsule in the long term curative effect of disease. In terms of drug safety, there were no adverse reactions during the two groups. Conclusion: add and reduce Maidong Maren decoction has a good clinical effect on senile patients with functional constipation of intestinal dryness and deficiency syndrome. No adverse reactions occurred during treatment and follow-up
