【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)近10年針灸治療血管性癡呆(vascular dementia,VD)的臨床研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析,從期刊分布情況、研究方法、針灸方法選擇以及腧穴應(yīng)用情況等方面為針灸治療VD的臨床研究提供借鑒。方法:采用相關(guān)主題詞,嚴(yán)格按照納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)檢索2007年至2016年針灸治療VD相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果:共搜集文獻(xiàn)75篇,篩選出59篇,從期刊分布情況看,近4年文獻(xiàn)數(shù)目呈下降趨勢(shì);從研究方法看,51篇運(yùn)用了對(duì)照研究,35篇描述了隨機(jī)方法,3篇應(yīng)用了三分離原則,1篇應(yīng)用了安慰劑對(duì)照,100例以內(nèi)樣本含量文獻(xiàn)較多,無(wú)500例以上大樣本文獻(xiàn);從針灸方法看,單獨(dú)療法使用頻次最高的為體針和頭針,分別為9篇和5篇,綜合療法中,3種以上綜合療法使用頻次最高,為11篇;從腧穴應(yīng)用情況看,穴位選擇以督脈穴位為主。結(jié)論:針灸治療VD有效率高,能顯著改善VD患者認(rèn)知及日常生活能力,方法多采用體針、頭針及綜合療法。但由于文獻(xiàn)普遍存在樣本量較小、臨床設(shè)計(jì)和針刺方法等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一等問(wèn)題,今后針灸療法的臨床研究應(yīng)增大樣本量、完善科研設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范針灸方法操作,以更客觀地評(píng)估針灸療法對(duì)VD的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Purpose: through nearly 10 years of acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia (vascular dementia, VD) the clinical research of bibliometric analysis, from the periodical distribution, research methods, and provide reference for clinical research on acupuncture and acupoint application methods and other aspects of acupuncture in the treatment of VD. Methods: the related subjects, in strict accordance with the inclusion standard and exclusion standard, from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Wanfang database retrieval from 2007 to 2016 of acupuncture in the treatment of VD related literature, and carries on the quantitative analysis using the Bibliometrics method. Results: a total of 75 articles were collected, screened 59 papers from the journal distribution, nearly 4 the number of years showed a downward trend; from the research method, 51 using control study, 35 articles describe the random method, 3 application three application of the principle of separation, 1 placebo-controlled, 100 cases within the content of the sample document No more, more than 500 cases of large sample documents; from the method of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy alone, the highest frequency of use for body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture, respectively 9 and 5, more than 3 kinds of comprehensive therapy, comprehensive therapy is the highest frequency of use, 11; from the application of acupoint, acupoint selection to Du meridian points. Conclusion: acupuncture treatment effective rate of VD, can significantly improve the cognition of VD patients and the ability of daily life, the method of multi body acupuncture, scalp acupuncture and comprehensive therapy. But because the literature exists the small sample size, standard design and clinical acupuncture methods are not unified, the future of clinical research on acupuncture therapy should increase the sample size, improve the scientific research the design specification, acupuncture method of operation, to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy on VD.
