【摘要】：目的:探討調(diào)氣通痹湯治療局限性硬皮病(氣滯血瘀證)的臨床療效。方法:將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例局限性硬皮病患者采取隨機(jī)的方法,分為治療組和對照組,兩組均為36例。試驗(yàn)過程中治療組、對照組各有1例脫落。治療組給予調(diào)氣通痹湯口服,對照組給予大黃蟄蟲丸口服。4周為一個(gè)療程,連續(xù)觀察試驗(yàn)3個(gè)療程。分別記錄兩組患者治療前、治療4周、治療8周和治療12周的皮損硬度積分,進(jìn)行比較分析;記錄兩組患者治療前后的生活質(zhì)量情況,進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:1.治療4周時(shí)起,兩組患者的皮損硬度積分與各自組內(nèi)治療前相比,均有顯著性差異(P0.05);治療8周時(shí)起至治療12周末,兩組間患者的皮損硬度積分相比較,存在顯著性差異(P0.05);治療12周末時(shí),兩組間患者的生活質(zhì)量積分比較分析,存在顯著性差異(P0.05);2.試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)束后,治療組的總有效率為88.57%,對照組的總有效率為65.71%,兩者總有效率對比,具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1."調(diào)氣通痹湯"能夠明顯降低局限性硬皮病(氣滯血瘀證)患者皮損硬度積分;經(jīng)"調(diào)氣通痹湯"治療后,患者的生活質(zhì)量改善明顯。2."調(diào)氣通痹湯"是治療局限性硬皮病(氣滯血瘀證)安全有效的方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Tongbi decoction on local scleroderma (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). Methods: 72 patients with localized scleroderma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 36 cases in both groups. In the course of the experiment, one case fell off in the treatment group and one case in the control group. The treatment group was given Tiaoqi Tongbi decoction orally, and the control group was given rhubarb stinging pill for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The hardness scores of the two groups were recorded before, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, respectively. The quality of life (QOL) of the two groups was recorded and compared before and after treatment. Results: 1. After 4 weeks of treatment, the hardness scores of skin lesions in the two groups were compared with those before treatment in their respective groups. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). From 8 weeks to 12 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the score of skin lesion hardness (P 0.05). At the end of 12 weeks, there was a significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups (P 0.05). 2. After the trial, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57 and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.71. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57 and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.71. Conclusion: 1. "Tiaoqi Tongbi decoction" can significantly reduce the hardness integral of skin lesions in patients with localized scleroderma (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). After the treatment of "Tiaoqi Tongbi decoction", the quality of life of the patients improved obviously. 2. "Tiaoqi Tongbi decoction" is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of localized scleroderma (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).
