【摘要】：背景:腰椎斜扳法的研究多集中在臨床研究和手法作用下腰椎功能單位生物力學改變的基礎(chǔ)研究,缺乏對手法本身力學特征的研究。目的:用數(shù)字化的方式表達提拉旋轉(zhuǎn)斜扳法的手法特征,為林氏正骨手法的傳承、教學、推廣、基礎(chǔ)研究提供量化依據(jù)。方法:應(yīng)用多點薄膜壓力測試系統(tǒng),檢測并記錄術(shù)者進行手法操作過程中的力-時間曲線,同時可顯示分析相應(yīng)的力學參數(shù)(平均預(yù)加載力、谷值、最大沖擊力),再通過測試系統(tǒng)配套軟件測出扳動時間、扳動速度、沖量等其他參數(shù)指標的具體數(shù)值。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:①平均預(yù)加載力(145.86±34.80)N,持續(xù)時間為(1.43±0.46)s,谷值平均值(72.24±13.87)N,最大沖擊力(446.21±143.98)N,扳動時間(0.55±0.15)s,扳動速度(914.52±259.18)N/s,沖量(256.21±82.30)N·s;②其中沖積力的上升速度的斜率均值為93.96±6.94,下降速度的斜率均值為-82.70±26.10;③試驗從數(shù)字化的角度初步分析了林氏正骨手法"法從手出"的手法力作用特點,為林氏手法的操作提供了客觀的評價指標。
[Abstract]:Background: the study of lumbar oblique pull is mainly focused on clinical research and basic research on biomechanical changes of lumbar functional unit under manipulation. Lack of mechanical characteristics of manipulation itself. Objective: to express the manual characteristics of Tie-pull rotation and oblique pull method in digital way, for the inheritance, teaching and promotion of Lin's orthopaedic manipulation. Methods: the multipoint film pressure test system was used to detect and record the force-time curve during the manipulation. At the same time, it can display and analyze the corresponding mechanical parameters (average preloading force, valley value, maximum impact force), and then measure the wrench time and speed through the software of the test system. Results and conclusions the average preloading force of 1: 1 was 145.86 鹵34.80 Ns, and the duration was 1.43 鹵0.46 s. The mean value of valley value is 72.24 鹵13.87n. the maximum impact force is 446.21 鹵143.98n. the wrench time is 0.55 鹵0.15n. The wrench velocity is 914.52 鹵259.18 N / s, the impulse is 256.21 鹵82.30 N 路s; (2) the mean slope of the rising velocity of alluvial force is 93.96 鹵6.94, and the slope of decreasing velocity is -82.70 鹵26.10; (3) from the point of view of digitization, the experiment preliminarily analyzed the characteristics of the manipulative force of Lin's orthopaedic manipulation "method from the hand out", which provided an objective evaluation index for the operation of Lin's manipulation.
