【摘要】：目的:觀察懸掛針結(jié)合點刺放血療法和常規(guī)針刺療法治療面肌痙攣后面肌痙攣頻度、面肌痙攣強度的變化,分析采用懸掛針結(jié)合點刺放血療法治療面肌痙攣的臨床療效及作用機制,以為臨床治療面肌痙攣提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:本課題共納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者,隨機分為兩組,治療組30例,采用懸掛針結(jié)合點刺放血療法治療;對照組30例,采用常規(guī)針刺法治療。觀察兩組患者治療后面肌痙攣頻度和面肌痙攣強度的變化。結(jié)果:組內(nèi)比較:治療組治療前后面肌痙攣頻度(Peen指數(shù))、面肌痙攣強度(Cohen Albert指數(shù))比較差異均有非常顯著性意義(P0.01);對照組治療前后面肌痙攣頻度(Peen指數(shù))比較差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01),對照組治療前后面肌痙攣強度(Cohen Albert指數(shù))比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。組間比較:治療組與對照組在治療后面肌痙攣頻度(Peen指數(shù))方面比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),面肌痙攣強度(Cohen Albert指數(shù))方面比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組治療總有效率為86.67%,對照組總有效率為72.41%,兩組比較統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:針刺治療面肌痙攣療效肯定,且懸掛針結(jié)合點刺放血療法比常規(guī)針刺法療效更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the change of hemifacial spasm frequency and strength after hemifacial spasm treated by suspension acupuncture combined with point prick bleeding therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy. In order to provide objective basis for clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm, the clinical effect and mechanism of hemifacial spasm treated by suspension acupuncture combined with point pricking were analyzed. Methods: 60 patients with hemifacial spasm were included in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n = 30) was treated with suspension acupuncture combined with pricking and bleeding therapy. Control group (30 cases). The frequency of hemifacial spasm and the intensity of hemifacial spasm were observed after treatment. Results: the frequency of hemifacial spasm and Peen index were compared before and after treatment in the treatment group. There were significant differences in the strength of hemifacial spasm and Albert index (P 0.01). In the control group, the frequency of hemifacial spasm and Peen index were significantly different before and after treatment (P 0.01). Comparison of hemifacial spasm intensity and Albert index before and after treatment in the control group (P 0.05). Comparison of the frequency of hemifacial spasm between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (. The difference of Peen index was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the strength of hemifacial spasm and Albert index (P 0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%. The total effective rate of the control group was 72.41, there was a very significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: acupuncture treatment of hemifacial spasm is effective. The curative effect of suspension acupuncture combined with point pricking and bloodletting therapy was better than that of routine acupuncture.
