【摘要】：楊關(guān)林教授通過二十多年的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)冠心病患者普遍同時(shí)具有痰濁和瘀血證型特征,并且其合并腦血管病及外周血管病較其他患者更為常見,遂在2007年創(chuàng)新提出了血脈病概念,將中醫(yī)理論與后期大規(guī)模臨床試驗(yàn)結(jié)論相結(jié)合,提出血脈病的理論框架:病因病機(jī)、病理因素、證治方法等,在血脈病理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)心腦合病的患者進(jìn)行大規(guī)模流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,確立血脈病心腦合病理論,發(fā)明2個(gè)專利藥物(和血通脈顆粒、化痰祛淤方),通過基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其有效性與療效機(jī)制,隨后又引入“從脾論治”的概念,探索脾藏象與血脈病的關(guān)系,意欲拓展和完善血脈病理論,多年的研究成果漸漸匯集成當(dāng)下的血脈病理論體系。本文通過總結(jié)多年來血脈病研究的思路、方法與取得的研究成果,以及研究過程中的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),全面展示了血脈病理論體系的構(gòu)建過程。
[Abstract]:Professor Yang Guanlin through more than 20 years of clinical experience, concluded that patients with coronary heart disease generally with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome type and its characteristics, combined with cerebrovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease is more common than other patients, and in 2007 put forward the innovation concept in the blood disease, medical theory and clinical experimental results of the combination of mass a theoretical framework is proposed, blood disease: etiology and pathogenesis, pathological factors, treatment methods, in blood disease under the guidance of the theory of large-scale epidemiological investigation of xnhb patients, establish blood disease xnhb theory, 2 invention patent medicine (blood and Tongmai granule, Huatan Quyu recipe) based on experiments, and clinical trials to verify its effectiveness and effect mechanism, then introduces the concept of "differentiation" from the spleen, spleen and blood relationship to explore disease, to expand and improve the blood disease theory for many years The research results are gradually integrated into the current theory system of blood disease. In this paper, we summarized the ideas, methods and research results of blood disease research, and the innovation in the research process, and comprehensively demonstrated the construction process of the theory system of blood disease.
