【摘要】：就現(xiàn)存的張簡(jiǎn)齋醫(yī)案對(duì)張簡(jiǎn)齋治療濕溫病的方法進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),得出祛風(fēng)勝濕和絡(luò)、清疏透化、芳香淡化、調(diào)暢氣機(jī)、分消走泄、暢中健運(yùn)、清燥透泄、清養(yǎng)和中八法。張氏將濕溫病分為三候,一候病在衛(wèi)氣,二候、三候病在氣營(yíng),其中祛風(fēng)勝濕和絡(luò)多用于一候,清疏透化、清燥透泄多用于二、三候,清燥透泄又為防止傳變之法,芳香淡化則用于熱去濕留之時(shí),調(diào)暢氣機(jī)、分消走泄、暢中健運(yùn)的運(yùn)用貫穿濕溫病治療始終,清養(yǎng)和中為三候之后的善后調(diào)養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:On the existing Zhang Jianchai medical case of Zhang Jianchai's treatment of wet and warm disease methods were summarized, draw the conclusion of dispelling wind and dampness and collaterals, clear and thinning, fragrant desalination, unobstructed qi machine, separate away, unobstructed and healthy transportation, clear dryness and divulge. Zhang divided dampness febrile disease into three syndromes, one is in Wei Qi, the other in Wei Qi, and the other is in Qi Ying, in which dispelling wind and dampness and collaterals are more used for one, clear and thinning, clearing dry through and discharging more for two and three syndromes. In order to prevent the spreading, the fragrant desalination is used in the period of heat dehumidification and retention, regulating the qi machine, eliminating and discharging, the application of the healthy transportation in the unobstructed movement runs through the treatment of dampness and temperature disease all the time, and the Qing Yang and the middle are the aftercare and recuperation after three weathers.
