【摘要】：目的:觀察仙車飲治療卵巢癌術(shù)后絕經(jīng)綜合征的臨床療效與安全性,為婦科惡性腫瘤術(shù)后絕經(jīng)綜合征患者提供一種安全有效的中醫(yī)藥治療方法,提高患者的生存質(zhì)量。方法:收集2015年05月～2016年12月期間就診于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科門診,符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的卵巢癌術(shù)后絕經(jīng)綜合征患者30例。通過自身前后對照的研究方法,給予仙車飲治療患者3個月。觀察患者治療后臨床總療效,治療后中醫(yī)證候療效,治療前后改良Kupperman癥狀積分、中醫(yī)癥狀評分、中醫(yī)單項癥狀評分、腫瘤病人生命質(zhì)量量表評分、包括血清CA125水平在內(nèi)的安全性指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果:1、臨床總療效判定:治療后患者臨床總有效率為76.67%,其中0例痊愈,4例顯效,19例有效,7例無效。2、中醫(yī)證候療效判定:治療后患者中醫(yī)證候療效的總有效率為93.33%,其中5例痊愈,15例顯效,8例有效,2例無效。3、改良Kupperman癥狀積分比較:治療后患者改良Kupperman癥狀積分較治療前下降,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。說明仙車飲能降低改良Kupperman癥狀積分,可有效緩解患者絕經(jīng)綜合征癥狀。4、中醫(yī)癥狀評分比較:治療后患者中醫(yī)癥狀評分較治療前下降,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。說明仙車飲能降低中醫(yī)癥狀評分,可有效緩解患者腎陰陽兩虛癥狀。5、中醫(yī)單項癥狀評分比較:治療后患者中醫(yī)單項癥狀評分較治療前下降,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。說明仙車飲能降低中醫(yī)單項癥狀評分,可有效緩解各項中醫(yī)癥狀。6、腫瘤病人生命質(zhì)量量表評分比較:治療后患者腫瘤病人生命質(zhì)量量表評分較治療前下降,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。說明仙車飲能夠降低腫瘤病人生命質(zhì)量量表評分,有效緩解腫瘤病人臨床相關(guān)癥狀,提高患者的生存質(zhì)量。7、安全性判定:患者服藥治療后未產(chǎn)生明顯不良反應(yīng),無臨床不良事件發(fā)生。血清CA125治療前后無異常,治療前后比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。復(fù)查肝功能,腎功能無異常。表明仙車飲治療卵巢癌術(shù)后絕經(jīng)綜合征安全性良好。結(jié)論:仙車飲能夠有效的緩解卵巢癌術(shù)后絕經(jīng)綜合征患者的臨床癥狀,改善患者腎陰陽兩虛的中醫(yī)證候,提高患者的生存質(zhì)量,并且安全性良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the XCD clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of ovarian cancer after menopause syndrome, provide a safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment for postoperative gynecological malignant tumor patients with menopausal syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: from 2015 05 to December 2016 during the treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of gynaecology outpatient service, in accordance with the inclusion criteria of ovarian cancer after menopause syndrome in 30 patients. Through the study of the method of self-control, given XCD treatment in 3 months. Patients were observed after treatment clinical curative effect after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect before and after treatment, improved Kupperman symptom score, TCM symptom score, TCM symptom score, scores of quality of life of cancer patients, safety index changes, including the level of serum CA125. Results: 1, to determine the total clinical efficacy: after treatment of patients The total clinical effective rate was 76.67%, of which 0 cases were cured, 4 cases were cured, 19 cases effective, 7 cases invalid.2, determine the TCM syndrome curative effect: the curative effect of TCM syndrome in patients after treatment the total effective rate was 93.33%, of which 5 cases were cured, 15 cases were cured, 8 cases effective, 2 cases invalid.3, comparison the modified Kupperman symptom score: after treatment of patients with modified Kupperman symptom score decreased than that before treatment, there were significant differences before and after the treatment (P0.01). It can reduce the XCD modified Kupperman symptom score, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of.4 patients with menopausal syndrome, TCM symptom score were compared: after treatment, TCM symptoms score decreased, statistically significant differences before and after the treatment (P0.01). XCD can reduce the symptoms of Chinese medicine, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with kidney yin and Yang of the two virtual.5, compare the symptom score: after treatment of patients with symptom score before treatment under Drop, there were significant differences before and after the treatment (P0.01). XCD can reduce the symptom score, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of.6, the quality of life of tumor patients scale score: after treatment, the quality of life of patients with cancer patients score than before treatment decreased, there were significant differences before and after the treatment (P0.01 XCD). It can reduce the scores of quality of life of cancer patients, relieve the clinical symptoms of tumor patients, improve the quality of life of patients with.7, determine the security: Patients after treatment without obvious adverse reactions, no clinical adverse events before and after CA125 treatment. The serum NO abnormalities, no significant difference before and after treatment (P0.05). The liver function, renal function showed no abnormality. XCD treatment of ovarian cancer after menopause syndrome is safe. Conclusion: XCD can effectively alleviate the ovary The clinical symptoms of postmenopausal patients with menopause syndrome can improve the TCM syndrome of two deficiency of kidney yin and Yang, improve the quality of life of the patients, and have good safety.
