【摘要】：目的觀察小兒清熱止咳糖漿佐治小兒肺炎的臨床療效及相關(guān)機制。方法 96例肺炎患兒隨機平均分為觀察組和對照組。對照組給予常規(guī)療法,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予小兒清熱止咳糖漿。比較兩組臨床療效,并用ELISA法檢測兩組患兒治療前后的血清腫瘤壞死因子-α水平。結(jié)果治療后觀察組和對照組有效率分別為91.7%和81.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。但觀察組患兒熱退時間、肺部Up音改善時間均少于對照組(P0.05),咳嗽改善時間顯著少于對照組(P0.01)。治療后兩組患兒血清TNFα水平均顯著低于治療前(P0.01),且治療后觀察組患兒血清TNFα水平較對照組降低更明顯(P0.01)。結(jié)論小兒清熱止咳糖漿能提高小兒肺炎治療臨床療效,發(fā)熱、咳嗽及肺部Up音等癥狀體征改善時間明顯縮短。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect and related mechanism of children with pneumonia treated with Xiaoer Qingre Zhike syrup. Methods 96 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was given routine therapy. Observation group on the basis of the control group on the basis of children Qingre cough syrup compared the two groups of clinical efficacy. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor- 偽 were measured by ELISA method before and after treatment. Results the effective rates of observation group and control group were 91.7% and 81.3% respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but the time of heat withdrawal and the improvement time of lung up sound in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The improvement time of cough was significantly shorter than that of control group (P 0.01). After treatment, the serum TNF 偽 level in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.01). The serum TNF 偽 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion Xiaoer Qingre Zhike syrup can improve the clinical efficacy and fever of children with pneumonia. The improvement time of symptoms and signs such as cough and lung up sound was shortened obviously.
