【摘要】：目的:本課題通過觀察膝痹舒藥袋洗劑治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎后癥狀、體征及疼痛的改善情況,評價本治療的可行性和有效性,以此證明膝痹舒藥袋洗劑在治療膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛和改善功能障礙方面具有較好療效,為臨床提供一種更加有效、方便的治療方法。方法:觀察自2015年8月-2016年11月期間黑中醫(yī)附屬第一醫(yī)院骨科門診就診的80例患者,符合KOA的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,分為治療組和對照組。其中治療組40例,采用由導(dǎo)師多年臨床應(yīng)用的膝痹舒藥袋洗劑治療,對照組40例,采用海桐皮湯加減治療。兩組都進(jìn)行為期半個月的治療,對治療后進(jìn)行膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛程度評分,膝關(guān)節(jié)癥狀、體征評分,做統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:運用膝痹舒藥袋洗劑的治療組有8例患者治愈,有24例患者達(dá)到顯效,其中6例患者治療后膝關(guān)節(jié)癥狀改善尚可,定為有效,2例患者癥狀未見改善視為無效,總體有效率為95%,治愈率為20%;而運用海桐皮湯為對照組的,達(dá)到治愈級別的患者為6例,顯效級別的患者數(shù)量為18例,效果尚可的患者有11例,定為有效,有5例患者治療后效果不佳,將其納入無效,本組的總體有效率為87.5%,治愈率15%。在患者癥狀、體征及疼痛的改善方面,治療組要優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:膝痹舒藥袋洗劑組及海桐皮湯組治療方法對KOA的治療均起到一定的療效,但膝痹舒藥袋洗劑總體有效率及治愈率要高于海桐皮湯組,并且膝痹舒藥袋洗劑組更加方便快捷、無痛苦及副作用、療效可靠,值得推廣運用。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study aimed to observe the knee Bishu medicine bag lotion in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee after the improvement of symptoms, signs and pain evaluation, the feasibility and effectiveness of treatment, in order to prove that the knee Bishu medicine bag lotion has good curative effect in the treatment of knee joint pain and dysfunction. Results: the treatment group using the knee Bishu medicine bag Lotion 8 cases were cured, 24 cases reached markedly, among the 6 patients after treatment of knee joint symptoms can, as effective, 2 patients did not improve symptoms as invalid, the total effective rate is 95%, the cure rate was 20% while the use of Haitongpi Decoction; the control group, the cure level of the patients in 6 cases, the number of levels were markedly effective in 18 cases, good effect in 11 patients is effective, effective in 5 cases after the treatment of the poor, will be incorporated into the void, the overall group rate was 87.5% the cure rate of 15%. in patients with symptoms, signs and pain on the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: the knee Bishu medicine bag lotion group and Haitongpi Decoction group treatment of KOA have a certain effect, but the knee Bishu medicine bag lotion overall effective rate and the cure rate is higher than that of Pittosporum skin soup Group, and genu Bi Shu medicine bag lotion group is more convenient and quick, painless pain and side effects, the curative effect is reliable, it is worth popularizing.
