【摘要】：目的:本研究以腹瀉型腸易激綜合征患者為研究對象,施以隔藥灸臍法治療,探討隔藥灸臍法治療該病的較佳灸量。方法:將60名IBS-D患者隨機分為A、B、C三組,每組各20人,A組施以質(zhì)量0.5g艾炷,B組施以1.0g艾炷,C組施以1.5g艾炷,分析比較三組志愿者的胃腸癥狀量表、灸感量表及特殊灸感量表的變化情況。結(jié)果:(1)胃腸癥狀的組內(nèi)比較:A組:治療2次后腹脹、稀便、排便急迫等癥狀與治療前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療3次后腹痛及腹部不適、腸鳴、排氣、排便次數(shù)增多與治療前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。B組:治療2次后腹脹、稀便、排便急迫癥狀與治療前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療3次后腹痛、腸鳴癥狀與治療前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。C組:治療3次后腹痛及腹部不適、腸鳴、腹脹與治療前相比差異較明顯(P0.05)。(2)胃腸癥狀的組間比較:治療1次后A組與C組比較在排便次數(shù)增多、稀便癥狀有顯著性差異(P0.05),B組與C組在稀便癥狀有顯著性差異(P0.05);治療第4次后總評分在A組與C組及A組與B組之間出現(xiàn)顯著差異(P0.05),組間之間具有可比性,且隨訪期差異仍然存在。(3)灸感的組間比較:第一次治療過程中A組與C組在不同程度的喜熱、舒適、愉悅等情感體驗方面具有明顯可比性(P0.01),第三次治療過程中A組與C組在施灸部位出現(xiàn)節(jié)律性跳動、全身微汗出有顯著差異(P0.01)(4)特殊灸感的組間比較:第一次治療時A組與C組,A組與B組之間在腸蠕動方面具有顯著差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:(1)隔藥灸臍法能顯著改善IBS-D患者不適的胃腸癥狀。(2)相對于0.5g艾炷而言1.0g艾炷和1.5g艾炷在改善胃腸癥狀和產(chǎn)生灸感、特殊灸感方面效果更優(yōu)。(3)臍灸過程中灸感、特殊灸感的產(chǎn)生因人而異。(4)灸感、特殊灸感明顯者胃腸癥狀的緩解效果亦佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion. Methods: 60 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 20) and group A (n = 20) were given 0.5 g moxibustion. Group B was treated with 1.0 g moxa cone C group and 1.5 g moxa stick was applied to analyze and compare the gastrointestinal symptoms of the three groups of volunteers. Results the changes of moxibustion feeling scale and special moxibustion feeling scale. Results compared with group A of gastrointestinal symptoms, group A: abdominal distension and dilute stool after 2 times treatment. The symptoms of urgent defecation were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.05). After 3 times of treatment, abdominal pain and abdominal discomfort, bowel ringing and exhaust were observed. There was significant difference in defecation frequency between before treatment and before treatment. Group B: abdominal distension, dilute stool and urgent defecation symptoms were significantly different from those before treatment (P0.05). After 3 times of treatment, there was significant difference between the symptoms of intestinal pain and that before treatment. Group C: after 3 times of treatment, abdominal pain and abdominal discomfort, bowel pain. Comparison of gastrointestinal symptoms between group A and group C after treatment: the number of defecation in group A was higher than that in group C. There was significant difference between group B and group C in the symptoms of dilute stool. There was significant difference in total score between group A and group C and between group A and group B after the fourth treatment (P 0.05). And there is still a difference in the follow-up period between the moxibustion group: group A and group C in the first treatment in different degrees of hot, comfortable. There was significant comparability in emotional experience such as pleasure. During the third treatment group A and C had rhythmic beat in moxibustion site. Comparison of special moxibustion feeling between group A and group C during the first treatment. There was a significant difference in intestinal peristalsis between group A and group B. conclusion the moxibustion with different drugs can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with IBS-D. Compared with 0.5 g moxa moxa, 1.0 g moxibustion and 1.5 g moxibustion can improve gastrointestinal symptoms and produce moxibustion. The effect of special moxibustion is better. 3) in the process of umbilical moxibustion, the effect of special moxibustion is different from that of people, and the relief effect of special moxibustion is better when the feeling of special moxibustion is obvious.
